Recently, I needed a place to store my valuables while putting my house up for sale, and all of the local banks either didn't have any boxes available or sounded so indifferent that I didn't feel comfortable leaving my valuables there. I found Commonwealth Vault through Yelp, and the reviews were uniformly positive. "No, this can't be right," I thought. "People aren't enthusiastic about safe deposit box companies." But I gave it a try, and the reviews were spot on. This is a fantastic company. The owner Bryant treats you with such courtesy, patience, and helpfulness that he was more like a concierge. He described my options thoroughly. He made sure that I was comfortable with what I was paying for. He never tried to up-sell or use high-pressure tactics. It was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had from *any* company. I strongly recommend Commonwealth Vault and would be happy to use them again.

Tyson's Self Storage is the perfect place for those of you looking for a place to store some of your personal effects, whether it's for a couple months or a few years. I needed a place to store some items from our condo as we prepared to move out in the coming months, and came across this nice establishment located behind the Toyota dealership - literally. To get to this place, you will have to drive through the Toyota dealership and you will find the entrance in the back. The units themselves are very simple. I don't believe there are any climate controlled units (although that may have changed), and the doors and walls are made of metal (doors) and brick (walls). The unit I rented out was 10x10x5 and it served its purpose for a solid 9 months. My items included: Pots/Pans Plates Glass Items Electronics Clothing Cotton/Leather Fabric DVDs Ceramics just to name a few, and it lasted throughout Summer, Fall, and Winter without any damage or issues. The unit kept everything dry and clean (no bugs). As far as payment goes, the owner is VERY easy to work with. She is both professional and kind. You can pay on a monthly basis, which is what I did, without any hidden fees or contract requirements. When I was ready to move my items out, I gave her a heads up, and on the day I moved out I just called her and everything was cancelled without any further hassle or paperwork. Short and sweet. However, not only did the movers put dents in my dry wall, scratch up walls, put rips in my couches, beat up all my furniture (dresser, tables, etc.), but when I reported the damage, the owner mentioned I have waived certain coverage when I NEVER even saw a contract.. I even confirmed with one of their employees that I was never sent a contract, and he said that one isnt typically needed with a "small" move. Boy, was he wrong. This was frustrating as we were moving into our first home, and now we have quite a bit of repair we need to do. If you don't mind getting your furniture and house beat up, lying from their employees, and incorrect and improper responses from the owner in a bad attempt to remedy the situation, feel free to hire them.
