RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Overall quite satisfied with Green Oak. Recommend.

I reached out to Green Oak after searching on Yelp (s/o), and was extremely glad I did. Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. TL;DR - Highly recommend giving Brian and Green Oak Exteriors a shot to help fix your home exterior issues, especially when you are in a bind with your insurance company!

I scheduled their visit for 9am but they jumped over my fences around 8am. They proceeded with the tarp and severely damaged my sidings/window frames and hammered large nails all over my deck which seemed to be an experiment because they weren't sure if those nails would work on vinyl siding. The two man were also coming in and out of my kitchen door (connected to deck) inside the house to see if my windows were covered or not WITHOUT knocking/permission. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Pricing - the owner said it'll be a few hundred when HE STOPPED BY in person after evaluating the house but hit us with a bill that was over a thousand dollars. This quote was for urgent service however, he tried billing us much more. Inconsistency occurred throughout the interaction. PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I informed that he'll be paid once insurance pays or he can directly claim with insurance, which he agreed however he is now threatening to put a lien on the house. AVOID Rick and this company at all cost.

A couple of weeks ago, I was looking for someone to completely paint the inside of my home. I…read morereceived about four quotes from different contractors including Hugo from Woodbridge Painting. We decided to go with Hugo because he was extremely detailed oriented and gave us a explanation on everything that would be done. Hugo even helped with the decision on colors and sheen. He showed up on time with his team as promised and began work immediately. As the whole house was being painted, they started in the master bedroom to minimize the disruption. They finished and moved on to the rest of the house, working on one room at a time. Extremely efficient, they completed the job on time and even returned to correct anything that needed it. Pictures and furniture were moved and replaced exactly as they were before they began. I can't say enough good things about Hugo and Emilio.....they were absolutely professional and excellent painters! No problems or issues whatsoever with anything they did. If you want a top notch paint job at a fair price, please call Wodbridge Painting and you won't regret it! Here are some pictures of their work.

***ZERO STARS IF I COULD***…read more Please see E.G.'s review from 10/13/2020. I am her husband, and she was way too nice in her review. Woodbridge Painting's work was sloppy, unprofessional and looked like it was done by amateurs. Window treatments were taken down and not rehung, multiple nails were left throughout our living room floor from the crown molding that was removed (safety issue - and I have a toddler), the walls weren't properly painted, drywall dust and spackle were everywhere, two coats of paint weren't applied, and it seems like everything was rushed. After my wife posted her review, Hugo Jr. (who did none of the painting), called to talk about the review and how to make it right. He said they could come back and "do a second coat" which was an admission of guilt since we paid for 2 coats. That didn't work as it would be a significant inconvenience to us now that we have fully moved in and would have to make arrangements to be out of the house for the painting as well as us and our toddler being exposed to paint fumes and keeping him from touching wet walls. We hired them before we moved in to avoid these inconveniences. Hugo Jr. eventually brought up monetary compensation which seemed fair since Hugo Sr. did not complete the job as agreed to in the invoice, so we agreed. Hugo Jr. said he'd need to speak to Hugo Sr. about it first and get back to us the next day. When I reached out to him for an update, he reneged and replied that they now wouldn't be giving the monetary compensation they previously offered and instead would only be willing to come back to do the "repairs/touch ups if needed as he stands by his work." This would entail first moving furniture and clothes, and applying a second coat to the walls of the master bedroom, bathroom and closet; hallway; and living room. We already told him coming back would be a major inconvenience for the reasons we stated earlier. There are too many painters around to trust your hard-earned money with these guys. Don't trust the 5 star reviews - do your research, look at these pictures, and then ask yourself - Do I really want to risk hundreds or thousands of dollars on subquality work with unprofessional people?
