The owner took extra time -- even after hours -- to explain how everything worked and answer every question I had without rushing me. They understood the urgency of our situation and had the needed parts ready and installed first thing the next morning. Colton, who handled most of the service, was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. We had a…read morefriendly discussion with the service guy, Nate, so much so that most of the hour charged to us was discussion about family, etc. What he failed to tell us is that we would be charged $2.00 for every minute of friendly discussion!! If he had told us that, then we would have greatly reduced our personal chit-chat! Then when I called to have our bill reduced, they said we had to pay the full amount of $260! I do not mind the $100 for the service call and maybe ~ 10 paid minutes it took to say we need a new faucet, but I DO MIND paying 50 minutes X $2.00/minute = $100 for a friendly discussion!! I do not know the quality of their work because they did not do any. I eventually replaced the faucet myself.

polite service person but this was just for preventative cleaning of sewer line. during the…read morecleaning he broke a 6 inch blade which might cause problems in the future we're not sure. My basement stairs were damaged when he brought the machine up it pulled the paint off the front of my steps and I have bare wood showing. Due to him having trouble with the blade, I was charged more than an hour for a simple maintenance call. I would not recommend this company.
