Then was told to see another doctor at the Kenmoor facility. Waited 2-1/2 months for appointment since i was a "NEW PATIENT" FOR RESULTS. Arrived for appointment on time to fill out paperwork. Overheard staff member tell another patient that our doctor was running late, by 2 patients, with each appointment from 45 minutes to 1 hour long. No courtesy call prior to my arrival to say "the doctor is running late". WOW!! Now i am rescheduled for another 1-1/2 months to see the doctor. In the meantime my issue has not been resolved. ENT CONSULTANTS are the only ENT in the area and network. I would recommend finding another ENT.

The teaching and follow up for a surgical procedure is lacking. When I had a follow-up appointment and my sutures were removed, I stated that I had some side effects since the surgery; nausea and dizziness. The M. A. told the Dr. on call and from the hallway (wasn't worth her time) told her that my symptoms were, "just a migraine". I know what migraine symptoms are. These were from the implant surgery. (B A H A). The M A then told me to call if I had any other problems. Why would I bother? Due to the lack of teaching, it became very infected. I was disappointed in the physicians. The audiologist (Nora) was fantastic and the MA was great as well. I would not recommend this office.

I feel that the whole staff takes the time to listen to you and especially that Dr. Ed really listens to you and knows how to ask questions so that he can prescribe the best hearing devices for you, depending on your life style. I have only had my hearing aids one year but the staff encourages me to come back every three months to have them checked and also to see how things are going. They ask questions that lead you to think of things that you may not have thought of that can improve your use of the aids. I've been using hearing resources for years for my audiology needs…read more I was very disappointed in my visit today. My hearing aid needed a new "retention tail" and I was informed brusquely by the curt desk clerk that I had arrived outside "drop in" hours. This is a :30 sec fix. Fortunately, another office worker heard my plight and jumped in to fix my device, which I can now wear comfortably. Drop-in hours now consist of 1 1/2 hours a day during working business hours. It seems really unnecessary that I should have to take a day off work for a 1 minute hearing aid repair. This has not been an issue in the many years I've been a customer/patient here. For the thousands of dollars I've paid for hearing devices, having simple support doesn't seem to be unreasonable. If it's not available, I'll have to find a new office in the future.

The results were also basic and for both ears combined, even when I asked how my ears differed I was told they were the same, though I know I have greater loss in one ear. Provided me with the hearing aids (TruHearing) covered by my insurance, which were worthless. When I came back for a scheduled follow up appointment in two weeks I did not feel heard, and my concerns were minimized. I tried to share multiple situations where I noticed zero difference with my aids in or out. They made a quick "correction" to my aids. I felt rushed and sent on my way. I tried for another 6 weeks and brought them back because truly they made no difference in my hearing. The staff at Hear USA did not ask even one question as to why I was returning them. No call to inquire if I wanted to try something different. Just crickets! I went elsewhere and received a detailed hearing test and results. The specialist sent over an hour with me. I purchased Rexon hearing aids and again the specialist spent a great deal of time with me getting them programmed and answering my questions. Immediately noticed a difference in what I could hear.
