Parking is their free lot and elevator to second floor a breeze! Stairs are right next to elevator for a few steps up! Been to and used aids in the pass, but this is the best service and best transition yet! Love doing business with them!

Small dirty waiting room, rude staff, in and…read moreout visit after a long, long, wait, doctor didn't answer any questions I asked about my vertigo or nose issues, insisted I have an on the spot hearing test w/ his on site Audiologist than without further discussion nurse advised I needed to be seen two more times! Once for a very important Balance test and the other for the reading of the hearing test! I later cancelled both. They were running patients in and out of there like a herd of cattle! When calling to pay my bill over the phone they happily took my credit card information but could not give me a confirmation number, they were too busy seeing patients and they have no email accessibility!!! I was cut off and put on hold by a very rude Michelle, I was on hold 10 minutes, than Michelle comes back on the line to rudely tell me she had to interrupt Debbie from a very important meeting to handle my confirmation request, cuts me off and than Debbie appears on the line w/ a confirmation # for me. I let Debbie know that I was very unhappy with the unprofessionalism of the entire office, yet I was referred by a family member of the doctor who is a co-worker. However, the Phonak brand hearing aids they furnished seem to have never been optimized for my needs, so I wear them only for special situations. Modern Hearing Solutions recommends the same hearing aids and they performed an initial 1 hour consultation, ear cleaning, audiology test and re-programming of the hearing aids at no cost - WOW! And yes, Dr. Nicole Smith, Au.D was wonderful to work with, exceptionally thorough in her exam and detail oriented. She is also compassionate and has a fun personality. Great alternative to VA care for those of us who need a more thorough analysis and solution. Easy office experience with Alexis was also top-notch. Highly recommended!
