Called Certified after a friend recommended them, Sal took his time with me on the phone talking through the issue - and my panic - as I was prepping for visitors early Saturday. We did not need a pump that night/determined we could make it through the night and Sal fit us in the next day before more guests arrived on Saturday morning for a pump and investigation (since we had another company pump less than one year ago).
