Having been with with Dr. Pooler for a very long time, I was sadden to see her leave for retirement. She shared her office with another dentist, Dr. Saba, who in turn took over her clients. While reluctant to see this new dentist, not because of anything wrong but because change is difficult for me. Well, it took a moment to adjust to Dr. Saba however after a period of time, I have to say that I am quite happy to have her as my dentist. She has excellent knowledge in dentistry as well as a gentle manner towards her clients. In addition, Dr. Saba has a dynamite hygienist as well as a wonderful front house staff. We have been having an interesting experience with them. There is A LOT of miscommunication with the staff. You can be in a middle of a cleaning or procedure and boom "excuse me ma'am or sir, but in order to do the procedure you will have to pay $$$$" mind you these things should have been talked/reviewed before even proceeding with the appointment. Then their records are not at all in sync from the old practice to their practice, you just got your teeth cleaning done, then 1 month after we're calling to make an appointment for your cleaning? Like what do you mean? I had an appointment with you guys a month ago. It's not even 6 months and you're calling me? We don't plan to go back. The practice is very unorganized, you'll be stressed out by the way everything is managed. Unfortunate lack of communication. We will not be returning due to the way it is being ran. read more

I had to have all my teeth removed for health reasons and I required full dentures. I had heard stories about ill fitting dentures....and that was not a problem for me. Thank God for Dr Saba! she listened closely to my concerns and was able to do an adjustment to my dentures and within a week I was wearing my dentures without problem for 9 - 12 hours a day. No pain. I had an excellent experience with Belva, particularly with admin Bonnie. She was so helpful in getting my insurance provider. My employer switched dental insurance a few times and I had trouble figuring out which I was insured by. Bonnie did research and reached out to contacts. She was also very considerate of my experience as a customer, explaining to me why she did what and how it affects me and my payment. These details are important and often overlooked by businesses. While she was busy, she still helped me and was able to locate my provider! I would love to say I was more prepared, but it's great to know I could be helped even without being prepared. So since covid started and ended I hadn't seen a dentist because appointments were backed up. I found this place by seeing a ad outside the the office. I called and was surprised they had appointments just a few days of the time I called. I went for x rays and a regular cleaning and was greeted by friendly staff. The place is a bit outdated but the dentists definitely know what they are doing. I was a patient and a big fan of Dr. Pooler. She retired so I thought I'd try Dr. Saba who shared an office with her. Had my teeth cleaned yesterday. My teeth are cleaner now. That's about the best I can say. But I was very put off by something the hygienist said. She commented that I had dry mouth, and asked, "I know you wrote on the form that you don't take any medications. But, are you taking any?" What?? Do you think I lied on the form? What an asinine question to put to a client! Also, they charged me about one hundred dollars more than a recent cleaning I had with another dentist. read more

This is the worst dental office. My parent's and I started with Belva when Dr Pooler retired so we have them a chance. Office staff are rude, don't answer phone calls nor return messages. Dr Belva does not perform any checks after the hygienist. We decided last year to go to another dentist. I called the office and let them know and for a whole year they keep calling and harassing us to come back very unprofessional.
