Each time I was told someone would call me back. Additionally, I was told the pictures were sufficient to provide an estimate. However, no estimate was ever provided. Also sent final email to the shop and Koons Toyota asking for a response before writing my review...with no response. Basically, just ignored my request. Would have been more appropriate just to say they didn't want to honor the discounted price they would provide to Koons. So, I guess Koons Toyota of Arlington is equally responsible.

In Northern VA everything is expensive. He kept his word and the estimate was the price I paid. If it was $1100 then that was the price I paid out the door.
