Shes always friendly and thankful for her clients. While the work was okay, the style I requested never quite matched what I was looking for. Their demeanor often seemed uninterested, especially during morning appointments. On one occasion, they arrived late without acknowledging it or apologizing, which felt unprofessional. When I booked with a different lash artist, I saw this technician in the salon and felt uncomfortable when they stared at me without any greeting or acknowledgment. I think there could be more emphasis on professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. If she doesn't like early appointments and if it's inconvenient, it may be better to change your availability rather than make clients feel unwelcome for booking open time slots.

The complaints I have are that I asked for partial head which is $85 but I ended up being charged $35 more because she had to tone it. I would've expected this to be included but I just said whatever & went with it.... Also, I paid for a BB deep conditioning treatment. My hair is extremely fried and lifeless. It didn't really make much difference so I wouldn't get it again. She also didn't fully blow dry my hair- it was still a little wet when I left and she just put some product but didn't really style it at all. She said it was best to leave it curly but it just dried into a poofy mess. For what I paid, I would've liked to have it parted, straightened or some kind of cute style!
