Ahhh I have been waiting to write this review because I don't want to reveal this hidden gem in Downtown Saratoga but alas, here we are. Cecila is absolutely fantastic, she really cared about my experience (my first facial ever), my skin, and my skincare goals. After one day, I noticed a huge difference in my skin and I am now hooked. I just had my first facial here with Cecilia and WOW! Best facial I've ever had in the Bay Area. I called the day-of and they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. Cecilia is so pleasant, accommodating, and THOROUGH. I did the 75 minute Signature Facial and I can tell Cecilia is a perfectionist and wants to do the best job so you have the best results. I let her know I had really dry skin, and she agreed; to accommodate this, she offered specific treatments to combat this (including microdermabrasion) and I really appreciated the recommendation since I'm not a skin expert. She also gave me advice on how to care for my skin, but was NOT pushy about selling products... I hate when I feel pressured to buy things; that alone will get me to come back! Since I got my facial closer to dinner, she was also so sweet to offer to apply nighttime products so I didn't have to wash my face before bed *WINNING* and I can just let my skin stay glowwy and treated the rest of the day. So happy to have a go to place near my home in Saratoga for eyelashes. This business is "tres chic" located in the quaint downtown of Saratoga. There is also ample parking in the back. Cecilia & Angela are great at their artistry and I always leave my appts with pretty natural looking eyelashes. I go regularly every 2 weeks and sometimes it feels like I can go another week or two, but I love being pampered and having fresh full natural looking eyelashes. Both make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive and we just hit it off with great conversations, lots of laughs and are also good with quiet time (short nap), too. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Previously, I had visited a dermatologist and spent a lot of money for one visit without being satisfied with the service. However, after coming to C Spa & Beauty and getting an acne facial with Cecilia, I feel like I finally found my spot! I got the extraction and microdermabrasion package and I have to say that her extractions were the most painless extractions I've received. Cecilia definitely takes care of you for the whole 1:15 minutes you're there. The only thing is that the shop is located inside a plaza and it's a little hard to find, but just follow google map and walk inside the plaza down the stairs and you will find the boutique. Very good service. I tried a lash lift for the first time and Cecelia did such a great job. She walked me through the procedure step by step. The result was excellent. My lashes look as if I just curled them. It's like wearing makeup without wearing makeup. It also made my eyeliner routine easier and faster. If you want an awesome facial that is definitely worth every penny, then look no further! I've had multiple facials before, but I cannot be more happy to say iLash & Beauty Bar has taken the spot for all time best! I found this place via Groupon where I met Cecilia (owner & the person who does the facials, etc.) and usually I see places that offer Groupon do a pretty low quality service just to try to upsell you, but not here! I got the Deep Pore Cleansing and Microdermabrasion facial because my face was really congested and needed a lot of extractions due to neglect since COVID started. After my facial, my skin was smooth as butter and my skin brighter than ever! Cecilia was not "skimpy" on using the microdermabrasion wand to ensure my skin was smooth and even texture. Most other places are for some reason especially Groupon ones, but Cecilia wanted to make sure I came out with the results I wanted. Because of the great experience I had, I came back! My 2nd treatment with her was a back facial and Cecilia did not disappoint! I had a lot of dead skin and build up on my back where other businesses said to get multiple facials to get the desired result I wanted, but Cecilia did it all in one session! I never met an esthetician who cared so much without trying to upsell or make you question if they did everything they can to address your needs. Its like she treats your skin as if she was treating her own, so much care and effort! She's super easy to talk to as well (which is definitely important as I have experienced some uneasy skin care people and I know I'm not the only one). Here are some other pros & cons: Pros - Nice quiet private boutique (not noisy or in a crowded area like other places) - Super easy to schedule with her! Flexible and understanding. - She takes COVID precautions seriously. - Super clean and relaxing environment. - Walking distance to other nice businesses including restaurants. Cons - Parking is a little hard since you have to park on the street, but I've been lucky to always get one (Its free). So I guess make sure you come a few minutes early to ensure you get parking. Cecilia has now become my facial go-to person! I live all the way in North San Jose, but the drive is totally worth it. I am planning to do a chemical peel and other facials soon so I can get that clear, dewy, brighter, glass skin. I have hesitated to write this review, not because I don't want to sing the praises of Cecilia (followed her here from her previous place) - but because I love this place too much... almost too much to share! I have been going to Cecilia for a year now and besides providing the best service (I can barely feel her touching my lashes, she's clean and meticulous about making your lashes look great)... the lashes are gorgeous. Cecilia uses high quality products that look BEAUTIFUL and I'm constantly complimented by strangers, colleagues, friends, heck - the receptionist at my grandma's doctor just asked me TODAY where I get my lashes done. I have not experienced any damage to my lashes and they last a ridiculously long time. Sometimes I break the rules and go ahead and get them wet while I wash my hair (bad! I know!) but they still hold on!!! Obviously that isn't recommended, and I can't say if it'll work for you - but my point is that, this is THE place to get lashes done if you want gorgeous lashes that absolutely do NOT have a strip lash look. They also feel weightless and I barely notice the "feel" of them. Cecilia is also great at knowing what will look good on your face.
