The second time, it happened again. 8 days later and still have not gotten our oil. When finding out if we were on the route list, I got cursed our both times by the manager. The second time, when explaing to him Inhave been waiting fornthenoil and this was not the first time this happened, he started with "let me yell you how we do things around here... you don't get to".... and I cut him off to tell him don't talk to me rude because i didn't come off that way and for how rude and hot he came into the conversation... he then proceeded to shush me and said for me to " shut my baby voice ass up and call a different company." Mind you, they already have my funds fromnthe program because I called CRT and they explained they released the funds the verynnextbday , I placed the order, the week prior. The guy was extremely rude and hung up on me and I never got a route time or date for my oil. Please do not deal with this company yall. They treat people on programs like we are not people and as if they are not gonna get their money by the program. Extremely rude, and that guy should not be working with the public. That's bad for business. And its all good, I will be calling the BBB on them as well since CRT has the last incident and this one now recorded on my file.
