This location is located inside of a casino and a little hard to find at first. The easiest way to find it is to look for the subway on the corner and keep walking past that and you should eventually run into it. They do accept rewards and act like a regular Ben & Jerry store. They even have a seating area and a good amount of space in their store. My go to is the chocolate chip cookie dough. Simple, not too sweet, and a classic. I notice sometimes the flavor combos have too much going on and it's hard to enjoy the real ice cream flavor. Ben and Jerry's quality is top notch and definitely a step up from other scoop shop competitors. As big ice cream fans, we used Ben & Jerry's as dessert catering for our wedding. We went with a cup and cone party and added the ice cream cart. The package came with four flavors of our choice, cups, and cones. The process was incredibly easy, working with Arno was great, and the catering was perfect! Found out there is a Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop in my hotel. I do love ice cream and I was in Las Vegas. So I figure what the hell. why not. Ice cream for dinner on Friday night. I love ice cream so much but you can't have every day, so it's gotta be here in Las Vegas. I found this ice cream parlor while wandering around my hotel figuring out what to eat for dinner here at Sunset Station hotel & casino. The ambience was pretty nice since I don't gamble and the young lady who was at the counter was pretty cute, so I engaged her in conversation. The conversation was pretty nice and I told her I could eat it in the entire quart of ice cream in less than 15 minutes. She seemed surprised, but yet, she could see that happening. They had the Vermontser container on display, so I remarked that I was in Vermont and visited the Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory in Waterbury literally 12 years ago and ordered that out of whimsy. I told her that it took me over an hour just to take everything down but I did it. She seemed to enjoy that and that was kind of cool to remember that escapade so long ago. With that said, this experience here at this particular Baskin Robbins location was smooth as silk. The service was friendly and delightful to say the least. I enjoyed it I'm sure, and I'm sure she did too. For Myself though, I ended up with a quart of chocolate chocolate ice cream, which cost around $10. I ended up eating it within 20 minutes while watching TV in my hotel room at the sunset station hotel, and casino. It was basically worth buying more to save money on eating less. They like buying at Costco and save more by buying more in bulk. Same concept I think. It was definitely delicious for sure. The experience here at this Baskin-Robbins location in Las Vegas, Nevada was amusing, positive, and refreshing. It was definitely the highlight of my last Vegas trip so far. I got over gambling a long time ago since I don't like to lose money. Ice cream is where my soul is and that's exactly what I want and needed, especially after experiencing vertigo on the trip a day earlier. Baskin Robbins is apart of a miniature food court set up on the casino floor of the Sunset Station hotel & casino. It's pretty cool if gamblers are interested in ice cream. I know I would've if I was one. The restaurant itself is basically just counter service only without tables and chairs for patrons to sit and enjoy their orders. The restaurant is counter service only and they display the various sizes they offer including the Vermonster, as mentioned above. You could come here and be in any Baskin Robbins location, but it was here at Las Vegas that was it. The ice cream was fabulous and delicious, of course. If you are in the Las Vegas area and love ice cream but don't mind coming into a casino to get it, consider coming to this Baskin Robbins location. 31 flavors here but chocolate is mine. This Baskin & Robbins location is located inside the Sunset Station hotel & casino in beautiful Las Vegas, although technically Henderson. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. The restaurant itself is clean and quite immaculate. Too bad I only came here once. It was cool to talk to the employee who filled my order about the Vermonster. As far as parking goes, best bet would be to find a parking space in the hotel's Generous parking area available. They have plenty of parking for you to park in, depending on availability and time of day. If you're coming here by Las Vegas says public transportation system, or something to track your bus and route to get to Sunset Station hotel, and casino, where the Baskin-Robbins is. of course, there is also Uber and Lyft to facilitate your ice cream cravings. For the most part, though, I enjoyed coming here and grabbing a quart of chocolate ice cream, which was very magnificent for my dinner on a Friday night in Las Vegas. Too bad, though. Maybe next time for sure. I may have spent about 15 minutes in total here, but well worth it. The hot weather in Vegas definitely calls for something to cool you down. I forgot that Ben & Jerry's was located in the hotel. We went walking around and came upon them at the right moment. I hadn't been to a Ben & Jerry's since I was a teenager. Luckily they were empty, so we took our time reading the menu and trying to decide on what to get. The staff was very nice and patient. They asked what flavor we were in the mood for, which was great because they went on to tell us which flavors they had that were similar or had that particular ingredient. I wanted chocolate chip, but the closest flavor was chocolate chip cookie dough. They also had a new flavor, called Milk and Cereal. I got one scoop of both of those in a waffle cup. My friend got two scoops of strawberry cheesecake, also in a waffle cup. All of the flavors were good, including the Milk and Cereal. The only thing with that one was that it was incredibly sweet. I forgot that some of the Ben & Jerry flavors can be overwhelmingly sweet! There are lots of flavors to choose from and really good customer service! read more

She took care of everyone before she shut the place down. The wife and I were setting at a slot machine on a Tuesday night eating ice cream watching her clean everything up and close at nearly 10 pm. I'm not sure I've ever been to a Ben & Jerry's before. This one is located inside the Sunset Station next to the movie theater and arcade. Came here for dessert and I ordered the sundae. It comes with two scoops of ice cream of your choice, whipped cream, sprinkles, and hot fudge. So simple but so tasty. The ice cream was so good and we just ordered vanilla. It was rich and creamy and tastes better than why you buy it in the frozen section of the grocery store. I wish they were open later. I stayed at the Sunset Station two nights and the first night we didn't make it here because we ate a late dinner. Luckily we made it the second night. I'm not sure that Ben & Jerry's would be my first choice for dessert but this hotel doesn't offer much so this is your best option without having to leave. read more

I'm going to say that I was a little disappointed here. The ice cream was good. I've loved Ben and Jerry's since the very first time I tried it and it's always an easy go-to for me. I usually just snag a pint at the grocery store and that works fine for me but I was out with my daughter and we wanted some ice cream. Admittedly, we've been pretty spoiled by the product at the Ghirardelli ice cream shop at the Linq. It is premium and you pay a price on par with that. The thing is though that Ben and Jerry's is pretty premium as well and the dipped cone that my ice cream was served to me in was clearly stale. It tasted awful, like cardboard dipped in crappy chocolate awful. The service at this location has been an issue in the past as well. We go to the movies a lot here and the last time I tried to get something, my wife ordered hers while I was in the bathroom and when I came out and went to order, the counter person had disappeared from the face of the earth. After waiting a few minutes, we had to go and I just didn't get any ice cream. I guess I'm just out of patience with this place now so I'll probably not be back. read more

A lot of the flavors tasted similar especially the chocolate ones. I actually prefer buying the pint size containers from the grocery store, lol. The customer service is hit or miss. I was craving for some ice while walking the strip and this was the first thing that popped up on Yelp. I've heard of Ben and Jerry but I haven't really tried it. This shop is located in the Miracle Mile Shop located inside Planet Hollywood. It's in front of the water fountain. The interior is well designed. The staff was pretty friendly and they let me a sample a couple of ice creams before I chose what I really wanted. I have a sweet tooth so I went for the vanilla and caramel. I forgot the name of it but it was really tasty. The price wasn't that bad and there was plenty of tables to sit at and the view of the Miracle Mile was nice to enjoy. read more

Based on the service the other day, this location is down to 2 stars from 5. For whatever reason, ALL their chocolate ice creams were too soft to be served. And since I came here specifically for the chocolate therapy, this was a huge disappointment. I sadly ordered a regular sized non-chocolate flavor and the woman working scooped it into a child sized cup. While I think I still got the correct amount of ice cream for a regular, it was overflowing in the small kiddie cup making it a little difficult/messy to eat.
