When I stopped by, the cashier was in training, so I needed to be very patient, but he was very nice and polite. It took me a while to figure it out what I wanted to get, since I didn't want to get a big box of cinnamon rolls, and buying just one didn't make sense either. So I decided to get the mini cinnamon rolls, and that was perfect because they were just the right size. Cashier offered to warm them up for me, but instead I asked for instructions for heating them up at home. It takes 17 seconds to warm them up in the microwave! To start with, we love Cinnabon. However, we won't recommend this location to anyone. The cleanliness of this location was average at best. The cost has always been pricey for what it is, but we're fine with that part because other locations have typically been very pleasant to deal with. The staff here are extremely rude and customer after customer while we were there had issues. Obviously the staff here either dislikes their customers or hate their jobs. I haven't bought a Cinnabon bun in a very long time. I actually went to pick up some for my mom and kids. This Cinnabon is located in the food court of the mall. The actually bun was very delicious. They were a good size and very soft. I just wish they had a bit more of a variety. My mom was looking for a bun that had raisins in it but apparently Cinnabon doesn't do that. I was let down that this location is they did not have the amount I originally wanted and even when I ordered a lesser amount the cashier said she would have to charge me more for them being "out of the pan" that I would have to be charged for them at individual price. I don't really see why I should be charged more because they were low. read more

If it wasn't tradition, I wouldn't bother spending a dime here. Every year it's the same thing. I order online for a pick up and not once have they had my order or were able to find the order. Absolute idiots with attitude. The one employee was coughing all over, so gross. Then when you get there they will give you whatever is laying around and have no idea what you ordered. Nothing beats going to the mall and getting a whiff of freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Vegas went a good year (or so) without Cinnabon and it was a sad, sad time. Now it's back and I couldn't be happier. I will never, ever take you for granted. Every time I go to the mall, I have to leave with a 6-pack of these delicious bad boys. My niece and I went to the mall and had the whole mall experience. Which of course includes Cinnabon. Her and I both have a monstrous sweet tooth. So we stopped by and was helped by a terrific employee with a hard name to remember. I think Monserita , I probably butchered that. Anyway, just when you think there is no more customer service especially from kids, here comes this prime example. She was friendly, knowledgeable on deals and prices and showed me how to save money and get the best price for my needs as I was also bringing some to others. Not so happy with my customer service experience today Krystal either needs one of 2 things some help or customer service training. We buy cinnabon for the icing and if I am eating it there I do mor want cold icing to put on the cinnabon I am.going to eat if it is not warm and if you cant add icing put it on the cinnabon cor re factly. All the cinnabon to go had 1/2 icing and when I asked for her to put more unfortunately it was way to much to add any by the way 9only one person waa in line behind me but moving so FAST and not paying attention to customer red s talking really short not a friendly experience at all. Well, we got to the mall at 9:30am and Cinnabon says it'll be another hour before they have cinnamon rolls, they're still being made. Only product up were the sticks and the round little rolls. Um, hello. You were scheduled to open officially at 10am, not 10:30. These are breakfast and decadent treats. Such a shame we have to sit and wait. So I want an iced coffee....I order large no ice and he hands me this.....so this means when you buy a drink you buy the drink AND ice......guess my money will go to Starbucks from now on.....when you buy a large no ice you get a large no ice and not a half a large that looks large if you load it with ice.....they went out of business for a while for rent deficiency and now they are back at it. I love Cinnabon. Seriously. But I also have a pretty serious sweet tooth. So anytime I am craving something's sweet, and I am around the Galleria Mall, I stop in for a Cinnabon. Both the Classic and the Caramel Pecan are satisfying for me. I am not too sure about some of the other goodies they have. The "center of the Bon" I have never had, and I have also never tried the mini-bons although I can't imagine they are much different than the original. Haven't had Cinnabon since I moved to Vegas so I was very excited to finally get a classic roll to eat as well as a box of six to take home. I ended up being quite disappointed with the roll. The icing was really yummy and the flavor was good overall, but it was either not fresh or made well. The bun itself had a dry doughy/papery texture and was just unappetizing to eat. I could've gotten cheaper and better cinnamon rolls at an average supermarket. Hopefully the box of cinnamon buns that I got won't be too bad when I heat them up and eat them at home. This location is not up to par with other Cinnabons and it was such a huge disappointment for me considering how long I've been craving Cinnabon.
