What a fantastic little shop across from The Caribbean and close to the resort we stayed at. This was a night! We were traveling all around to different ice cream places to find places that had non dairy options for my son. Ben & Jerry's was the first to have this option after 3 stops. The ice cream I'm sure it's amazing as it always is. I had brought my girlfriend, mom, and her friend on a walk to the parlor as we never had it in person! Only through the freezer. Hours on website, Apple Maps and google all say on Friday they close at 10. Made the walk and arrived at 9:10pm, would you believe they were closed. Two girls were cleaning up, funny enough I checked here on yelp, I saw years ago this was a major issue and seems that issue is still around, I get it, it's a Friday night the crew wants to go out, however it's a business with posted hours of operation. Service was quick and friendly at this bustling location. The ice cream was tasty, but a little soft. Marshmallow Sky had chunks of cookie dough and chocolate cookie dough but lacked any marshmallow flavor, but then again, it's pretty subtle as flavors go. My husband and I decided to walk down to get some ice cream and when we entered, we were greeted by 4 of the most wonderful young employees. Chris, Dani, Jordan and Fredo were not only friendly, but also very attentive and helpful. We didn't have to wait a single minute to get our order. It was so awesome to have such young employees be able to hold a conversation with everyone that visited. They definitely deserve a raise and are truly an asset to the business. read more

Really the only time it's okay to share a pint with your kid. And why wouldn't I? As good as the ice cream is, unless you want mix-ins you're better off buying a pint. Wow! Never ever have I been to Ben & Jerry's with such horrible service and bad customer management. My wife wanted Chunky Monkey and when the worker scooped it, it was like soft serve. When my wife said it was like soft serve, the lady said there is nothing they could do about it . I asked it they had nitrogen to make it colder and harder... she laughed straight to my face. She said it melts when it comes out of the cooler and hits the warm air... what! That fast?! I mean it was like soft serve as soon as she scooped it... like a milk shake. Anyway we told her we didn't want it like that, she said fine. A good customer service person would've said, is there another flavor you would want that's not as melted. but she didn't. I then asked for a cup of water she wanted to charge me .75 cents. Horrible service and corporate should look into this store! read more

Great! Ben & Jerry's is the same everywhere you go, so don't expect it to be any different here. It was a great late night snack with the family. There were many people working so the line moved pretty quickly. One thing I didn't like is that they didn't have the ice creams in a display case for you to see what each flavor looked like. However, they were really nice about letting us sample! Also had a water cooler at the front which was nice because I was thirsty after the ice cream. Would go back again!! read more

What is the point of having designated opening and closing hours if the employees do not want to adhere to them? VERY disappointed. The environment was dirty. There were four employees. One at the drivethru, one cleaning that didn't acknowledge us, one after 10min said "be with you in a minute"-after helping someone who came in AFTER us, and another who said "he'll be with you in a minute".. and then went and stood in the corner watching. The best thing about this Ben & Jerry's is the location. It is perfect walking distance from lots of hotels right on the beach. They have lots of flavors to choose from. I would recommend whatever flavor you get (you cant really go wrong) to get the chocolate dipped waffle cone. It is divine. The workers weren't super kind but they were generous with their scoops. I was very disappointed here. Nothing different then getting the same ice cream you can buy at the store but more expensive. There were 2 people working. One girl was extremely rude and when I ordered she wouldn't even make eye contact and was very short.
