Honestly I'm not impressed by the ice cream flavor. I had a mango and it was extremely bland tasting. This might be the second time in my life I've had been in Jerry's, but I've definitely had better ice cream. Service was fast and very friendly in the dining room is immaculately clean. It was a sweltering hot day so we wanted some ice cream. Wish the store had more air conditioning. It felt like only fans were on. Ice cream was delicious as usual and we were able to try a couple flavors before deciding. Wasn't sure if the mango was an ice cream or sorbet but the guy confirmed it was ice cream. Came here after lunch in downtown for a ice cream and it was so nice to see a Ben & Jerry's shop still existed! I tried the Colin Kapernick vegan ice cream and it wasn't for me. I also tried some sort of coffee ice cream and that was my favorite and I should've gotten two scoops of that instead. The older gentleman that took our order was fast and very nice. Perfect ice cream. Fast service. A little pricey but it's quality ice cream, which is hard to find. But for a high price they should make the cones without a hole in the bottom. I did half and half of "Caramel Almond Brittle" and "Tonight Dough" which was the best flavors... mMmM. Pricing is decent and average for their delicious ice cream. Politics aside, they make fantastic ice cream. Stopped in here while in the area for an event and after a great meal. As good as their ice cream is in the pints you get at the supermarket it just seems a little tastier when you get it from one of their storefronts. One of my favorites is still Cherry Garcia so I got a small and Wifey the salted caramel. As always the ice cream was great...and so was the young lady who served us. read more

I was happy to see that this location was offering five different non-dairy flavors. The gentleman behind the counter recommended I try a sample of the Coconut Almond Fudge Chip.... and wow. I don't usually buy almond "milk" alternatives (I prefer cashew) and this was so good I made everyone in my group try it. It was jam packed with flavor and was so chunky/crunchy good. Sometimes when all else fails, it's always good to have a solid fall back to depend on. When it comes to ice cream, one of my fall backs is always Ben and Jerry's. There are only a handful of Ben&Jerry's "Scoop Shops" in SoCal outside of LA. There is a hidden one off of a populated Palm Springs strip that for whatever reason doesn't seem to get as much attention as some of its brightly insta-lit competing ice cream neighbors. No complaints here, shorter lines and quality ice cream. Feast your eyes on a dairyless shake-Chocolate chip cookie dough mixed with coconut almond fudge chip. #BenAndJerrys never ever fails. read more

My experience here at Ben & Jerry's was amazing. I really love the ice cream here and the whole atmosphere is just very chill and nicely centered in Downtown Palm Springs, I enjoyed the assistance of the employees here and they made sure everything went well with my order. The last time I went, I got the waffle cone with strawberry cheesecake and then the blue ice cream with cookie dough, it was so delicious and I would definitely be coming back again. And this is their popular ice cream shop in downtown PS: http://scoopshops.benjerry.com/scoopshops/palmsprings/default.aspx. Sometimes you have to spend money to save money. Ready to spend and save, we ventured into Ben and Jerry's with a local $6-for-$12 Groupon (not valid outside of PS) to check out their newly enhanced ice creams and other sweet products that are now being made with non-GMO ingredients. Ben and Jerry's media controversies over the years occasionally make for good reading, and their euphoric ice creams always make for good eating! Share and enjoy the fat in moderation, though, as they still use regular cream and real sugar in most of their classic flavors. We might have picked Lappert's or Cold Stone over these guys, but the power of Groupon prevailed. Since we had $12, we went for a smoothie instead of a couple of cones and grabbed a pint as well to reach our Groupon limit goal at the register. In the pint, we asked our server for a couple of recently released flavors, including "White Russian" (coffee ice cream with coffee liqueur) and "Salted Caramel" (salted caramel ice cream with a salted caramel swirl). The differences between the two flavors seemed subtle to us, so make sure you try them both in-store or on the sidewalk patio before your tongue goes numb from the cold and everything starts to taste the same! The smoothie was actually a "Berry Nice" (vanilla Greek frozen yogurt with pomegranate-blueberry juice, raspberries, and strawberries) one, if maybe a touch too sweet. Although one visit only offers a narrow window into this scoop shop's vast offerings (see http://www.benjerry.com/scoop-shops/menu), we did enjoy spending, saving, and a little savoring, at Ben and Jerry's in Palm Springs. read more

GIven that there are not that many dessert options in Palm Springs we ended here, While the service was great and the ice cream fine, I would rather support the local places again next time as well did have better ice cream at Lappert's and desserts at Great Shakes the time before. Prices are pretty high, you are really better off getting a pint from the grocery store. Service was fantastic though and the store clean and well kept, my son very happy, so that is more than ok with me. read more

Trevor and Ethan arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. party and immediately began preparing everything from scratch.
