We came in around noon ~ish we thought it was gonna be packed bc there was no parking outside. There was a bunch of employees, they used to give a waffle cones for $1 but I guess they weren't doing that anymore so my son wanted to tip them instead!! We love their ice cream!! There was no line when we walked in... it tastes so much better FRESH than frozen from the grocery stores in my opinion. Bc I have had both and I prefer it more FRESH. We had a BLAST! It was our first time at this Ben & Jerry's location. You'd think it'd be hard to screw up ice cream, putting asides one's preferences for the availability of flavors and the style of ice cream itself. That having been said I had a small scoop of the Coconut Seven Layer Bar ice cream. Under ideal circumstances, I think this would have tasted good, but it tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. You just don't want your ice cream to taste old. The store is nice enough, seemed clean, and the person who took my order was also nice, though he did seem kind of surprised that we had walked into the store which was otherwise empty. So not sure how quickly I'll rush back here. At the very least I want my ice cream to taste fresh. read more

So we went to lunch next door and I forgot it was free scoop day at B&J. Of course my 5 year old sees a bunch of kids with ice cream and wants some. I came in here with my bf and a lady helped us out, not sure if it's under new management but she was very helpful. She let us try some new flavors before getting the ones we wanted. I also noticed they added the names to the ice cream so you're not trying to figure out what each flavor is in hopes you get the right one. However place was messy, and tables weren't clean. a joke. Will never come back here. I got a small milk and cookies in a cone and it was $8! I was expecting at least a large scoop for that much money. My "scoop" was the size of a tablespoon. One bite. For $8! I had to rush back to my car to put it into some sort of bowl (see picture) to try and contain it and it was a melted mess just from walking through the parking lot. As good as the ice cream may be, as others have said, the cleanliness and sanitary work by the supposed owner or manager is subpar and won't make me return. I walked in alone with only who I can assume to be the owner working. He was busy making waffles and doing other tasks and I was deciding on which flavors to choose. When I was ready, he didn't wash his hands or wear gloves. He bagged my ice cream and cookie dough bites, rung up my order, and took my cash/gave change again without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Another customer walks in and the owner begins scooping again without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Put aside the current WORLD WIDE VIRAL PANDEMIC . . . that's just unsanitary even in normal conditions. It's common sense to wash your hands between handling cash and food handling, even more so while touching everything else in the store. Unless the owner changes, I won't be coming back here. read more
