This is quite possibly the most beautiful 31 flavors Baskin-Robbins ice cream store location that I have been to in a very, very long time. The two lovely ladies who were working during our visit were so sweet. They both not only greeted us, but also welcome to see the store and make sure that we knew that we were able to ask for samples if we would like one. They were very helpful in trying to help us to find a flavor or a few flavors that my kiddo might be interested in considering they have a few different dietary restrictions at the moment. The sore seems so large. The mural is very cute. I love the welcome chalkboard design. The hanging light fixtures are also a very nice touch. They make it seem like it's a little bit more fancy. The store has a number of tables and chairs. It was nice to see family gathered there to share ice cream with one another. They had gold medal ribbon on hand. That one is probably my absolute favorite. I shared some ice cream with my family as we are on our way out of town. They have so many super cute cakes and the designs on them are adorable. One of the ice cream flavors that was newer to me that both my husband and I tried was the Oreo cookies and cream, cold brew. That was tasty. But still, my heart remains loyal to my old faithful favorite, gold medal ribbon. Hopefully we'll stop in again next time. read more

I've been going to Baskin Robbins all of my life! Great ice cream, however not all of their shops are the best with ambience and service, but this location is excellent! My great niece and great nephew prefer ice cream cakes over regular cake and this Baskin Robbins never fails! Service is always great, the employees are patient in helping us figure out flavors, design, and colors and the cake is always ready by the promised time! This location is super clean as well! It is also our go to place for a scoop, when we are visiting Santa Clarita! read more

It was a hot day and ice cream sounded like a good idea. I walked in and was helped right away but couldn't figure out what I wanted so I had the next customer ahead of me. When I was ready more people showed up but the wait time was still speedy as they were getting through everyone relatively quick. I ended up getting a two scoops of rainbow sherbet and one scoop of Oreo s'mores and chocolate pb swirl. They had a variety of flavors with a few non dairy options that were sherbet based. We were really happy with our daughter's mermaid birthday cake. We got the biggest size that said to feed 36-40 people, it was plenty big. The flavor we chose was cookies and cream ice cream with chocolate cake. It was very good, everyone at the party was happy with both the flavor and the beautiful design of the cake. Baskin Robbins facilitates the buying the cake process. I simply placed the order online (5 days before although they reassured me that you could order the cake 24 hours before and it would be ready), chose the date and time and VOILA, it was ready! The ice cream was great but the service was absolutely terrible. The person who helped us was named Cassie. She was incredibly rude when we entered. I was hoping she didn't serve us but she did. We asked her for a banana split and she sighed. Then she asked us what we wanted and we asked what comes on it because we were out to try something new and we've never had one before. She rolled her eyes, huffed more, and looked increasingly irritated. Like we were completely putting her out. So I said "rough day huh?" With a smile trying to be empathetic and her response was "yeah so what do you want?!" We just said "whatever it normally comes with is fine" just trying to get out of there. She then told us no and to pick and we just said fudge so we could leave. It supposed to be a nice mini date night out which we never get to do. I've never met such an entitled person. We felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave but I felt bad leaving while she was making it so we just waited for it and didn't stay. When we were leaving I said "hope your day gets better" and she said "yeah have a good one" and threw our receipt. read more

Decided to buy some ice cream and try this new location that I only recently found out about on a cold rainy day because why not. There were two young female employees working there who were super kind and nice and helped me pick out a flavor for my mom as I was getting her some ice cream as well. They were both super helpful and answered any and all questions I had and even let me sample a couple flavors before deciding. The store itself was very clean and well maintained as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and will be excited to come back another cold rainy day! read more

The people are friendly and the store's clean. It's Baskin-Robbins so you know what you're getting in terms of quality. In addition to ice cream they also have shakes, smoothies, cappuccino drinks, ice cream cakes and cookie cakes. I wouldn't mind if the prices were slightly lower but that's true of a lot of places these days. read more
