Good ice cream always. Nice combinations they recommend and you still get the options of choosing yourself. Pretty pricey of course but good ice cream always is. Also freezes well if you get too much like I do and can't finish it haha. Service is always friendly especially at this location. Multiple people always working so never a long wait. Got a parking lot hero here who had the audacity to come out of the store screaming at me and make a whole scene because he doesn't like motorcycles.... A woman pulled out of a spot and I signaled to her without getting off my bike to use her eyes before she literally ran me over in her car while she didn't look before backing out. I love coming to this store because Duhhhh the ice cream is delicious and so creamy yum!! Not just that but I love the employees here, they really make you feel welcome. Don't bother ordering ANYTHING online. The prices that are on the website are apparently NOt the same price as in the store. The supervisor did nothing to help the situation. Just charged the difference to my card without my permission. They should be taking that difference out of the persons check who works for their IT department. We usually come to Cold Stone when we are craving for freshly mixed ice cream. Our favorite is the Strawberry Banana Rendezvous ice cream. We usually buy the pint size to take home and enjoy. The workers here are very friendly and the service is great. They are not usually busy so you can go in and out with your order. The shop is next door to the Edwards theatres and Baja Fresh so it's a perfect place to get ice cream after watching a movie. They have outdoor seating so you can sit down and enjoy your ice cream. read more

There really isn't much to complain about Cold Stone! Except the prices! But it's worth it! Is it? Maybe . . . YES. Sometimes. Once in a while. Came by on Fourth of July just before a small rush. Two young girls working, but I was helped by the blue eyed-blond girl. Kept it simple and just asked for a small oreo shake, vanilla ice cream and oreos. It did not disappoint! The girl saw the rush coming and didn't panic but made the shake as quick as possible without ruining anything about it. She handed off the shake with a smile and I was on my way! I will forever love Cold Stone Creamery. For almost 20 years I literally always the same thing everytime I go, Birthday Cake Remix. I love this concoction with all of my heart and you can't tell me otherwise. It's the perfect mix of cake batter ice cream, brownies, sprinkles and chocolate syrup. A small size is beyond enough and so satisfying. This location is kinda hidden at the end of the strip mall, but don't let that fool you. It can get very crowded here, especially during the summer! We love Coldstones. We promised our kid some ice cream for lunch, so we swing by this Coldstone's location and it was closed. We arrived at 11:55am, there were no business hours posted except for a sign that read "starting June 15 hours will be 12pm to 10pm". We looked up at yelp and it stated 12pm opening time so we waited... 5 minutes no big deal. At around 12:05pm a lady (who looked like the owner) came, passed us, unlocked the door and went in and closed and locked the door. The whole time she on the phone talking in what sounded like Arabic. So we figured okay, she's going to open in a couple of minutes ... we waited for a couple more minutes. The lady was observed inside cleaning and talking on the phone and we were just staring out there. After 15 minutes we decided that customer service was probably not a priority at this shop so we left to the other location in Valencia. Although this location is closer to us, we will continue t go to the one in Valencia... customer service is always so awesome there. read more

My fiancé and I got out of a movie and decided to run and grab cold stone before they closed. It was 9:50pm, aka 10 mins until closing & they were slammed! We were greeted by Ryland with a smile and upbeat personality. Now, I don't know about anyone else, but whenever I enter an establishment minutes prior to closing...the workers are usually not too friendly and make you feel like a burden. This was certainly not the case tonight as Ryland went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in the midst of a rush right before closing. The children that are working here are entitled, smarty pants! I won't be ever purchasing anything from here again. My cake completely melted after 30min of leaving it out. It wasn't 90 degrees it was 75 and probably 70 in my house. Online I read that the cake should be left out 30 min prior to ensure it's edible....well the cake had disintegrated. Too bad, that was definitely on me...a quick reminder on how to care for the cake would have been appreciated. What can I say, I guess I don't have common sense like the kid over the counter suggested or maybe just an extremely stressed out Mom. Saturday Night, movie theater had just opened back up, I walk in and there were 8 groups in front of me. I had my two items paid for and everything within 16 minutes (and the group behind me left just before I did, group behind them were about to pay with food in hand as I was getting my change). Point being, this crew is SPEEDY! They had 3 people on the line and one cleaning EVERYTHING in between. They had 11 groups of people extremely satisfied in about 17 minutes! Enforcing mask mandate while warmly greeting each and every customer, I'm VERY impressed by this store and crew!!!
