It has been 3 week delay already and 50% of the work is not done. The person called Najee stopped answering the phone and no work is being done. On top of that, this guys hit a shopping center customer with a falling tree branch and they broke a parking lot light post. They did not fix the light post nor have they reimbursed for it Terrible, stay away from them. Ps: and don't even try blaming it on covid-19. You guys had no problems coming and picking up the payment check.

He went on to tell us he'd recommend us cutting the whole tree down because it's dead and it's a safety hazard for my dog, kid and could potentially fall on the house.. So, the options we had were to cut the whole tree or trim and prune. I chose to prune and trim to start with then eventually we'd go ahead and cut the rest with the stump. The day the laborers came out they ended up cutting down 4 branches, saying to me they're only following the contract and the tree is in good shape. I could go on but i'm trying to make it short. I was left feeling taken advantage of and with a $1200 bill. I guess because i'm a nurse and I am expected to be honest, respectful, kind and trustworthy. I would like to think other professionals would be the same. I was wrong.

Meaning to have our trees treated would have been upwards of 3000. Mind you, we had 4 moderately-sized crape myrtles and a handful of saplings. There are far more transparent companies with much better customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.
