I had a broken gate. Two companies came out and could not fix it - told me I needed new board, new sensors, specials parts would have to be ordered - got quotes of $1100 to $1800. I called Ben - he stopped by at the end of his day - told me the battery was dead. He had replacement batteries with him. Swapped it out, serviced the whole system, lubricated everything, reprogrammed my keypad that we had forgotten all the codes, adjusted the settings so it would work better and even told me how you could have party mode which would leave the gate open if you wanted. I can't believe I waited this long to post my review of their services (Garage Door install was November 2020), but here goes... They were punctual, courteous, and above all, super fast! They replaced my old tired solid wood garage door (circa 1990) and antiquated motor with a beautiful retractable panel door with side mount motor! It closes perfectly; there are absolutely no gaps/spaces, and when open, it fits exactly between the opening, and that stupid load bearing beam I have smack in the middle of my garage!
