I spent the past few weeks thinking about how to word this review but it is impossible to express how truly grateful I am to have received Dr. Franz's care. The reason you should go with Dr. Franz is because the bottom line is that he cares about his patients and is totally invested in their success. I just survived a hell of week of tooth problems and it would not have been possible without the help and flexibility of Dr. Franz. Here is my story: I was in agonizing tooth pain following treatment I had received on my teeth from another local dentist (who did not have emergency contact). It was bad and I was about to go to the emergency room. I contacted Dr. Franz in the dead of night asking for help. He was able to meet me and administer treatment and anesthesia. But it did not end there. Throughout the next week I was in and out of his office at all odd times (11pm, 5am, etc) as we tried reversing the damage. He did not have to take that much time out his life to help me, but he did. Even after receiving treatment from the third dentist he reached out to check in. I had an emergency Saturday morning while on vacation. I reached Dr Franz by email and he emailed back that once he got finished making breakfast for his family he would see me before my ski day. He figured out my problem and cared for me with kindness. I was in bad pain and he relieved the pain and sent me home with hi tech X-rays to share with my regular dentist. He explained in detail what was wrong and that I have developing an infection. Dr Franz Loves his work and it shows. When I went skiing this am and told some folks at the mountain a couple of guys said, "that's why he is my dentist." I got first rate care, and I appreciate all his efforts. Ben Franz was suggested to me by pretty much everyone in town when I moved out here and now I know why, I can't tell you how much I love coming here to get my teeth worked on! (And this is coming from someone who used to cry every time they were at the dentist as a child). The customer service is rockin', there isn't a moment you will feel uncomfortable. They are extremely fast and efficient and for those of you who want a little extra relaxation, they have stuff for that too! I went in yesterday to get a crown, it was very fast, painless, and I wasn't sore at all afterwards. Not being able to eat on that tooth for some time now and finally getting it fixed made me feel like a million bucks.
