The reason you should go with Dr. Franz is because the bottom line is that he cares about his patients and is totally invested in their success. I just survived a hell of week of tooth problems and it would not have been possible without the help and flexibility of Dr. Franz. Here is my story: I was in agonizing tooth pain following treatment I had received on my teeth from another local dentist (who did not have emergency contact). It was bad and I was about to go to the emergency room. I contacted Dr. Franz in the dead of night asking for help. He was able to meet me and administer treatment and anesthesia. But it did not end there. Throughout the next week I was in and out of his office at all odd times (11pm, 5am, etc) as we tried reversing the damage. He did not have to take that much time out his life to help me, but he did. Even after receiving treatment from the third dentist he reached out to check in. I have to emphasize again that I would not have made it through this without his flexibility, patience and dedication. THANK YOU!

My husband got sand in his eye on a hike. The emergency…read morehospital staff was all wonderful. They got him right in and everyone was great. They removed the sand from his eye, but couldn't find the (bandaid) contact they needed to perform an eye washing procedure. They washed his eye out without it. Also the nurse didn't wash his hands when he started working on my husband's eye. I asked if he should put gloves on and THEN he did. I'm no Dr. or nurse, but it does seem like these days hand washing and/or gloves should be normal procedure. They gave him Oxycodone for the pain they said he might have for up to 2 days and some eye drops. We went home and all night long he was in screaming excruciating pain. He called the hospital, knowing they didn't get it all out. They assured him they did and that the pain was normal. NOT! We ended up going to the Eye Center the next day. (St. Lukes' did recommend the center if it didn't get better in 2 days). The Eye Center found a quite large piece of wood embedded in my husband's eye. They removed it, put on a (bandaid) contact, did the drops, gave him an antibiotic and by the time he left the clinic he was 98% better. The hospital did call to see how my husband was doing. When I told the receptionist the above story I kind of got the feeling my information would never reach the proper department. Thought you should know. PS...I love St. Luke's and always have wonderful care, but this just didn't seem right.

What really made Deidra stand out is her genuine compassion and ability to listen to my concerns. I came in for treatment of acne and acne scars, which is something I've been struggling with for years. Deidra was extremely caring and kind when going over options for me and she really genuinely cared about results. So many med spas I've been to just look at you like you're insecurities = dollar signs, but not here. Also, the treatments were considerably less here than the med spa Pure in Hailey I was going to previously. I had the morpheus laser and she also added some other treatments on in combination. It was painful but I am used to it and these procedures usually are. But it was worth it! It really cleared my skin up by the time of the wedding. I didn't see a huge difference in the scarring, but my texture did seem smoother, and most importantly I was very happy that the active acne I had completely smoothed out. Also, she gave me injections on some keloid scars I had on my chest. Deidra is the only person that's been able to flatten theses keloid scars, I've had them injected multiple times already by dermatologists, but Deidra finally flattened them. I'm so grateful! I will definitely be coming back here when I am in town. Thank you Deidra and family.

No one wants their DUI experience on Yelp and I surmise that this would also explain why my review herein is the first.... As a trial attorney and sometime television guest, I knew that my appearance was crucial. It was a few years ago that I first tried cosmetic injections. Like many people, I was pensive to do so. After much consideration, I decided that I would try them with the proviso that it would only be done by and with a licensed physician. Luckily, my first pick was awesome and I was extremely pleased. The COVID 19 pandemic changed everything. Once I realized that I was to be waiting in lines for access to....Safeway....I withdrew from the city to my hometown of Ketchum. It was not long before I realized that I would have to find someone new to continue providing this service for me. I've now been to Simply Skin three times and say the following based on that experience: appointment scheduling was easy & super convenient via their online system; staff were helpful and courteous; and, most importantly, the results were fantastic. In fact, There was no difference between the MD who previously treated me and Diedre, who obviously is very experienced with her craft. My guess is that all locals already know that Simply Skin is phenomenal, so especially if you're visiting Ketchum or Sun Valley and are unsure who to trust locally for really any cosmetic needs, I would recommend you go to Simply Skin.

There is no possible way her congested cough and inability to speak was allergies, but regardless she should not have made me feel horrible for feeling like I couldn't stay and get sick from her. She made me pay the full price of the service - $200- when I told her I was sorry that I am immune compromised and cannot risk it. I gave her $200 cash so I didn't have to wait for her to run my card and risk getting her illness. Thankfullly, I was wearing a medical mask. Spa Beleza has turned me off of ever trying to get a facial again and I used to love them. I would look elsewhere for a safe and relaxing spa experience.

I started as a new patient in April and submitted my insurance information at intake, as requested. A week later I had a filling done. When the bill arrived, insurance had covered almost none of it, leaving me with a $657.80 balance on services that should have been substantially covered. The reason: this office is out-of-network with every insurance company. That was never disclosed to me, not at intake, not before treatment, not anywhere I could find. It's not on their website. It's not in a single review here. Their Yelp listing says they "take insurance." When I called the office to ask about it, I was told, "Everyone knows we're out-of-network" -- as if that's public knowledge somehow available nowhere in writing. Separately, X-rays were done at that first visit without the office requesting records from my previous dentist. It turned out I wasn't yet due for X-rays under my insurance's schedule, so that cost also landed entirely on me. I know it's a patient's job to verify network status, and I'll do that every time from now on. But an office that collects your insurance card at the door and never mentions it doesn't work with any insurer is leaving out something patients need to make an informed decision.
