The reason you should go with Dr. Franz is because the bottom line is that he cares about his patients and is totally invested in their success. I just survived a hell of week of tooth problems and it would not have been possible without the help and flexibility of Dr. Franz. Here is my story: I was in agonizing tooth pain following treatment I had received on my teeth from another local dentist (who did not have emergency contact). It was bad and I was about to go to the emergency room. I contacted Dr. Franz in the dead of night asking for help. He was able to meet me and administer treatment and anesthesia. But it did not end there. Throughout the next week I was in and out of his office at all odd times (11pm, 5am, etc) as we tried reversing the damage. He did not have to take that much time out his life to help me, but he did. Even after receiving treatment from the third dentist he reached out to check in. I have to emphasize again that I would not have made it through this without his flexibility, patience and dedication. THANK YOU!

I have been very disappointed with this dentist office. Three times I've been here. Twice when it…read morewas time for me to leave, after having two teeth removed each time, the dentist didn't even give me a prescription for pain medication. One time when I about to leave and I requested to keep my crown that had just been removed. The dentist told me I was not allowed to keep my own crown and that it was against the law. He became very standoffish and so I dropped it and left. Upon getting home and doing my own research. I found out that he was Incorrect, I can keep my own teeth, molars, crowns, etc. It is illegal for him or his staff to take it home. So now I will never have the matching crown from the side I already have, and was allowed to keep by another dentist. Oh, and the only reason I kept going back is because I couldn't find any availability anywhere nearby, any time soon. The women at the front desk have always been very helpful and kind. Were it not for them, I would have given this dentist office 1 star.

We searched for orthodontists in the area that were available but it was after hours so my daughter called the number of Braces R Us and left a message. The next morning they called her back and she explained the situation. They told her that the orthodontists are only in Hailey once a month and that the rest of the time they are in Twin falls. My daughter told them that we were visiting my mom in Sun Valley. She said she would talk to the Dr. to see if they could help and would get back to her. They called back and said Dr. Tim Auger would stop by the office in Hailey on his way home to help out and fix my granddaughters wire. I was in awe in his willingness to help fix her wire after hours. We meet Dr. Tim Auger at 7:00pm in his office and he fixed the wire. He was very pleasant, and very friendly. He also would not take payment for his services. I was grateful and thankful for him taking time out of his day after work hours to help us out.
