She has had surgery on one leg - ACL surgery - and that helped, but as the years go on, her limping is getting worse and it's sad to see. Our main vet wasn't much help so we brought her here. It's a nice place! They treat all kinds of animals but mainly dogs from what I can see. They offer all kinds of treatments - chiropractic, acupuncture, laser therapy, etc. I was skeptical at first but for our one dog it has been a great help. One thing we like about this place is xrays aren't overpriced, they'll take a lot of them, AND you get copies! And it's quick! No messing around. I love that. For our girl, they prescribed these shots we had to give her twice a week for a month. I don't remember the details but we did it at home. Believe me I didn't want to do needles or anything to my dog - but she didn't mind at all and I'm glad I was able to do it. Those shots were to set up the "Big shot" they give at their place where they inject some kinds of gel-cushion into the joint. Our dog has had one joint done so far - they have to knock the dog out and it's a big shot so they do it there like once a month. She goes back in a couple weeks - she just had her first big shot a week ago. And you know what - we have seen a difference! Right away for days she had much less limping! It's a little bit back now but she's been walking more because she feels better I think. Anyhow - I am hopeful that his place is helping and that our dog will be better because of it. It's expensive. This is not going to be available for everyone. But we love our dogs and don't have kids so, we do this. If you have a dog with some movement issues and don't feel your vet is productive or helpful, I highly recommend you try this place.

There were a few small communication issues prior to the appointment that I didn't have an issue with, but after the visit went so poorly I feel it contributed. When my dog was returned, she was still pretty damp. Initially I was fine with that- I know 100% dry isn't always possible in a short time period. However, after looking closer, she was far too damp. Enough that I needed to towel her off some. She has a lot of hair, and not blow-drying her well enough just lets her shed extra. If anything was not possible or required extra services, I would have appreciated some kind of communication on that. Before the appointment, I also stressed that my previous groomer missed clipping her nails and were extra long. After this visit, only one of four paws had a completed nail trim. I tried this company to see if their service was comparable to my current bather. I was hoping a home-visit, even though it's a bit more expensive, would settle better with my dog. I reached out to customer service the morning of, but since I was visiting family in the hospital I could not return their call the same day (which I communicated). I ended up sending an email with photos, where none of my concerns were acknowledged or validated, and brushed off with, "unfortunately we probably won't be a good fit for you in the future. I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations." My expectations were for a clean and dry dog with trimmed nails? Very disappointed in the results of a simple bath, and customer service. I will not be a repeat customer or recommend this business.

She was approximately 8 weeks old and we loved her beyond measure. She had a sister and me and my sister both landed on Sabrina. God lead us to her and for what ever reason he knew she would need us. Approximately at 9 months old she started having some diarrhea and through a multitude of Vet and Animal Hospital visits testing would show she lymphoma. Rare for a pup. Our best prepared us for a rolller coaster if good days and bad days and we were absolutely blessed with really good days up until last week. On a business trip my sister called and said Sabrina wasn't feeling well and was laying down in the corner of the laundry room. She never slept in there. I arrived back home Wednesday morning and she didn't come to the door to greet as she always did. I went to her and she was at her normal place underneath my chair and I gently greeted her and she wiggled her little tale. She died 12 hours later. Her little body had enough. She was our best Friend and we loved her deeply. Her big sissy has been looking for her everyday. At 3:00 am I discovered Precious Pets Crematory and completed their online inquiry. 7:00 am the owner called me. He was awesome and talked me through the options. I told him I would be there by 10:00 and said his daughter would be waiting on me. When I arrived she was kind and understanding. She could see and feel our pain. We received word that Sabrina was ready to be picked up today. Coordinated a time and it went exceptionally well. Not only did we get an engraved urn, but they included her paw print and a sample of her hair. Me and my sister cried...bawled. My last words to This very sweet lady was that I hope I never see her again. Lovingly she understood what I was saying. In life, the love we have for our pets last us a lifetime. I was scheduled to fly out later that morning and couldn't fathom the though of leaving the responsibility to my grieving wife. After attempting to contact a couple of other companies, I was fortunate to find Precious Pets. Not only did they answer, they quickly opened their facility on a Sunday morning so that I could drop our dog off and still make my flight. They are truly wonderful people and despite the sad circumstances, they made the process comforting and convenient.

They communicate really well and they deal with the stressful situations that can come along with your dogs not feeling well. Their end of life services are also phenomenal and as much as that is difficult to do, they make this extremely easy and their staff is very respectful.

I surrendered my pit bull terrier around May because I couldn't have him at my apartment. I called and watched the activity involving my dog online. Tracy answered with the same shitty attitude every time I called, as if she was bothered that I didn't want my dog to die if he wasn't adopted. A day before he was to be euthanized, I get a call from Tracy with the shelter letting me know I can have him back and the $115 adoption fee would be waived. That was really kind! BUT when I picked him up, he had a broken tooth, he was malnourished with dry blood and cuts all over, really skittish and a completely different dog than when I dropped him off. They also didn't have any of his belongings. My dog was at this shelter for 2 months and I PAID to surrender him. I cried looking at the horrible shape my dog was in. I wish I would've known they didn't give a fuck about his well being. I cried for days after I got him back thinking of the horrible experience he had in "jail." It's unfair. I wouldn't take a stray to this shelter honestly, but I am considering sponsoring other pit bulls so this doesn't happen again. It's disgusting.
