I was even asked to come into the office only 30 minutes before the hearing because they claimed they did not have my narrative -- despite the fact that I had already provided it. I was first told that Russell would be appearing on Casey's behalf due to a scheduling conflict, only to receive another call five minutes later saying Casey would actually be handling the hearing herself after all. We got every document in place, attended mediation with David and my ex's attorney, came to an agreement and the paperwork was never filed. I missed the court date I was never told about by David who represented me and after months of calls and emails that were not returned because he was "vacationing or too busy" was told by the court I would have to redo all of the paperwork.
