The firm extended my case for one year and five month. after it drained my money and mistreated me on several occasions and transferred me to more attorneys, the case was resolved through mediation and I ended up losing everything. We got every document in place, attended mediation with David and my ex's attorney, came to an agreement and the paperwork was never filed. I missed the court date I was never told about by David who represented me and after months of calls and emails that were not returned because he was "vacationing or too busy" was told by the court I would have to redo all of the paperwork.
