Replaced all brakes short notice for me. They did not have to do this. I've been going to them a long time with every car we've ever owned in the family to include my children's vehicles back when they were in high school. 15+ years they have never steered me wrong. They could always take my money and be dishonest, but they never are. They have a comfortable waiting area as well. I will not take my cars anywhere else. I referred many people I've known and strangers within my neighborhood on FB and they're never is a complaint. Today they fixed my tire pressure light that I was trying to fix Myself with no luck and after the job today was done my air pressure light was fixed as a courtesy apparently. This is definitely the best place to take your car for honest and trustworthy repairs. I'm a single woman who is currently looking for work. I do not have a lot of money to spend on repairs but need to keep my car in great shape for work. Beneficial has given me suggestions on things to try before bringing it into the shop that have worked and saved me from paying someone to check it out. So my dad took my truck in today. When we made the appointment we made sure to tell them what we wanted done because the person dropping it off had no idea what all the problems were. He had a general understanding. The girl behind the desk decided to act defensive when he called my mother to make sure they knew why he brought the car in and to get a better understanding himself. The girl decided to cut him off in the conversation and say she would have to ask the questions wether we told them when we called or not. They never have done a repair without reviewing with me and telling me an estimated price, which they have always been very close to or under. I took my car in for some general maintenance work and picked it up again at the end of the day. When I got home, I opened the hood to check on the new battery and the hood fell straight back down again. For context, I had been using a trickle charger in recent times because I wasn't driving much during the pandemic. So I was very familiar with how well my car hood's struts were working and they were just fine when I unhooked the trickle charger, closed my car hood, and brought the car in to the shop. When I called to ask if they knew what had happened, they told me that they used their own prop to keep the hood up while it was there, that the car is old and struts don't last that long, and that there's no possible way that they could have damaged them. Unfortunately, unless there are hood strut vandals in the neighborhood or the slow 2-mile drive from my house had some amazing potholes I didn't notice, the only possibility is that they did damage the car and weren't humble enough to even consider that option (you could hear the frustration in the guy's voice that I would even suggest something so ludicrous). I was excited to go to these guys because I had heard good things from a couple neighbors, but I'm afraid I can't recommend a company where my car comes back in worse condition than when I dropped it off and the company blames me for it. read more
