I am SUPER particular about how I have my makeup done and she was really great about listening to my concerns, and adjusting her techniques accordingly. Her assistant Bianca was also great! My bridal party and I looked amazing!!! I did dock one star because she wasn't as available to me as much as I would have liked for trials and portrait sessions, and they were late on the day of. We got out on time just fine, but I feel like we wouldn't have been so rushed if they had shown up when they were supposed to.

Hence, attaching screenshots of her responses to my feedback. My feedback was negative because I wasn't happy with the service. 1. Renotta was late to the appointment. 2. She did not even apologize for being late. 3. The bed you lay down on, did not have a sheet or anything on it. I feel that is very unhygienic because so many people lay down on the bed before you and no one is changing the sheet/paper/anything. 4. Not very impressed with the lashes either. They looked very sparse. When I asked why is it so less, she said that it was sufficient. Not impressed at all and I would definitely not recommend her to anyone!

I was a few minutes late (no more than 10 minutes) to the appointment because my map was inaccurate and I was taken to the wrong building (which she was aware of because I called her for directions) . But other than that, it was great. The lashes turned out nicely. they were not as voluminous as I'd wanted, but they were done nicely. After going home, I contacted her, multiple times because she does not answer her phone calls, or texts, or respond when you leave a voice mail. & if you're lucky enough to get a hold of her, you're treated like an annoying nuisance. BUT I finally got a response & let her know I would like to come back because I just wanted a bit more volume, &was willing to pay. EVEN THOUGH I already paid for a full set. I didn't want to be 'that customer' so I was fine with paying for the touch up. She informed me she couldn't give me the volume I wanted, that she didn't have the ability, and that it was my fault they weren't as full because I was late. She said that if I wanted a touch up, I would just have to schedule another appointment online. (Which was booked a week or so ahead.) This was very frustrating because I just wanted a touch up from the day prior. Which I feel would have been very quick and could have been fit in sooner because I was not satisfied & had just had my appointment a day ago. But I understood & booked another appointment anyway. After booking this appointment and patiently waiting for at least a week for her job to be fixed, MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED! A DAY BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO IN!! this was EXTREMELY frustrating, because I did NOT cancel my appointment.So I call her yet again to see why, no answer. I text her, no answer. And I leave a voice mail, & surprise, have been ignored since. Each time we spoke after my appointment, I was either ignored (many many times) or treated just plain rudely as if I was nothing but an inconvenience. I am extremely shocked of her customer service. It was incredibly disappointing because I did like her work. But her service and the way I was treated was so shocking it is far from worth it and I will never be returning. Good luck trying to work with this business!!
