I had my lashes done by Dechelle and she used entirely too much glue. When I explained that I could see the glue she tells me that it's a shadow that will go away in a day. Of course it did not. So I drove back up there 2 days later to have her correct it but they were closed however their website and the hours on the door indicated that they were to be open. So I called and left a message then I was contacted by someone at a different location. I did appreciate them honoring the 2 day corrective service BUT Dechelle still applied way too much glue. I took them off 2 days later and will not be going back. read more

I usually go to eye candy in north Dallas on Monfort love that location. This one however, I was very disappointed. My brows were not shaped the same. I brought this to Tala's attention and she proceeded to tell me how my brows were naturally crooked. So it's my fault. Will never go back to this location because customer service is not their strong suit. As pictures are shown they are clearly no where near the same or close to. I grew my brows out for weeks for a photo shoot and I'm highly disappointed!!!! read more

My daughters and I drove to the mesquite location today. One of the ladies tells us it would be a 30min wait. We decided to wait. 30 mins came and gone people being taken care off... okay no problem we might be next. Well it seem that if you getting your eyebrows waxed you don't matter. Everyone that was getting lashes done was being taken care of. An hour later after people that had been there after us kept being taken care of. My daughter asked one of the ladies how long more. She replied with the . Girl is busy give her a few more minutes. . Oohhh but did I say .. the lady we was supposedly waiting kn had took someone else that was there before us to do her lashes!! So exactly who had we been waiting on? Because 2 ladies were working and two ladies kept getting everyone else except us. The waxing only waiting group of 4. Like I said An hour later we walked out. Upset like hell. If you don't care about waxing eyebrows then don't afford the service. I know you make more money with lashes! Don't keep us waiting like fools. . So we just went back to our old place. The only reason we had switch was because of covid! Lesson learn .. never switch because the grass is not always greener on the other side. Never again will I drive that far for that kind of treatment. What did our eyebrow waxing only self thought! That we deserve to get treated like the high paying customers! Lmao!! read more

EXTREMELY disappointed. I believe I confused this location with another location somewhere else in dallas. Not from around here, so I wasn't familiar with the best places to go and I chose this one. HUGE mistake! The lady was nice, but the work was terrible. One of my brows was shaped decently, but she took too much hair off the top of the other one. She then tried to compensate when tinting my brows, and it just ended up a mess. It's clear to anyone that there's a patch of hair missing from the top of my brow. I usually take care of my brows at home, but thought this would be a nice change. From now on I will stick to what I know. read more

I use to go to the North Dallas location, but moved so decided give this one a try in the Mesquite area. There are advantages and disadvantages to using this location. The staff appears to have a high turn over rate, so if you get your brows done fine today, tomorrow might be a different story when you go back. I've received several different service there: eye-wax, thread, facial, eyelashes, and makeup application. They are good at doing makeup, specifically two makeup artist usually do my makeup and they've been with them a while. They both do good work, no complaints there. As far as waxing it is a hit or miss. As the other reviewer says they will argue you down that your eyebrows are twins and not identical, so won't look alike. As far as facial, don't go there, their facial consist of slapping walmart quality products on your face and letting you sit for 20 minutes and then removing and that's what they call a professional facial. You will come out better going to Ogle school they take their time and you will pay less and go through all the steps for a professional facial for half the price. read more
