Heather H. is phenomenal! I have never been to a place where I was so well taken care of . I've always gotten my brows waxed by someone that I know, so there's not miscommunication about what I wanted. So, needless to say I was a little nervous about getting it done by a perfect stranger. Heather was amazing with her attention to detail and professionalism. The entire group of ladies there were so nice and helpful, and very family friendly I might ad. My friend came with me to get hers done as well, and with a toddler in tow, you can sometimes expect things to go wrong somewhere. Everything was clean, and beautiful, super easy to make an appointment. (Which I recommend, or else you could be waiting a while.) And for only $20 you get a brow wax, which includes some concealer after and they fill in your brows as well. Which I loved! I know no one who likes walking around after their wax looking like they got slapped across the forehead. We both agreed, 2 thumbs way way up for this place. We already booked our next appointments. JESSICA!!!!!! I have been going to Jessica for my beautification and eyebrows for 3 years. She is amazing and have grown to be more than my brow gal to a friend. She not only makes my brows absolutely fabulous, but she helps me with make up tips and introducing me to new products. I know it's uncomfortable getting your face waxed in the middle of macys, but totally worth it. I even had one of my own clients walk up trying to figure out what the heck I was doing. Okay so first off I went on Sunday. The girL's were super nice. I love good customer service. While I was waiting for the Aesthetician a worker walked up and started talking to me and began filling in my brows. It looked terrible! But I'm no hater she was probably new or had never worked on someone with my complexion. The pic is hilarious I haven't decided weather to post or not. Anyway then Jillian was ready she waxed and filled in my brows to perfection. She also burnt the crap out of me. Both eyes. I want to go back but I can't fade the burn. So great girls working and Jillian is amazing she just needs to make sure that wax isn't set to Broil! I finally got to have my brows shaped after trying to do it myself with Covid going on. Cindy was very helpful in advising me on the best way to manage my aging eyebrows and they looked great when she was done. She also offered a treatment for under eye sagging that helped too. I'm not alone is saying that these chicks are the best in NorCal. I'm from SoCal and had some trouble finding someone to trust with my brows. Tried Arden. Meh. Roseville gave me ultra thin brows that took forever to get back. At Sunrise Mall, Rike is ultra kind and sweet, my go-to. I love Benefit Cosmetics! Great makeup cosmetics that smell great. They do waxing too! Stopped by to check out one of their new makeup foundations and was 'browszing' through their blushes and bronzers. Found a new taupe one that I fell in love with! The gal immediately helped me out and recommended different makeup based on the matte look I was going for. She matched the color within seconds and applied it on me. I enjoy getting my makeup done here at the counter. Its fun and you can try different looks whether youre looking for natural, matte, smokey eyes and so on. RIKI RIKI RIKI! make sure if you schedule a browser wax to ask for Riki. Everywhere I would go they would make my brows so thin, but she does them perfectly! I will never go anywhere else again! 21 bucks but definitely worth it. The products are amazing too! read more

I have been coming here for the last 4 year and won't go any where else. When I first came in I had extremely thin brows and they were able to shape my brows nicely and helped me achieve what I wanted which was thicker brows. No matter who I get my brows done by they turn out nicely. I enjoy Jillian because she is super personable and precise when doing my brows. I like that after she waxes them she tweezes any hairs that are out of place. read more

I absolutely love coming to this benefit brow bar, it's the only place I trust to do my eyebrows right. Today (Saturday 11/11) I was helped by Devin and she did such an amazing job on my brows !!! She was so friendly and awesome to chat with. I can't wait to get them done by her again. Not only did she do a wonderful job but she also took time to help me pick out a few cosmetics. I am so picky and never know what I want. She helped me find some great stuff that's perfect for me. I had only gone in for brows and I left with a bunch of new stuff!! She did a fantastic job. The girl at the counter who rang me up, Makayla was also so awesome. She was super friendly and upbeat. She also showed me a few new products. I was unsure if I wanted to get something I had never used, the pore minimizer, so she gave me a sample to take home ( and I fell in love with it!! Great suggestion). One of the reasons I drive from Roseville to this particular location is for RIKE! She is absolutely amazing. I have been seeing her for 3 years now and she has transformed my brows and therefore my life by doing what she does best. She is super sweet, kind and a great asset to the brow bar.
