BUYER BEWARE! We ordered a special arrangement for our mother's funeral. It was supposed to be a beautiful 48 red rose arrangement that held her urn. I spoke with the owner and described exact what we wanted. He promised to make it just as described in the ad. What we got was a pitiful circle of only 14 flowers. AND the delivery was late to the funeral.....all together this was a terrible experience for our family. I wish I could post pictures so you could see how bad this florist is. read more

Even though the Service today was horrible! the person I spoke to the last time was very friendly and nice and flowers are beautiful. Here is the situation I placed and order that totaled $198.96 when I called to inquire about the delivery the very rude, male, person I spoke to told me there were two orders being delivered one for $198.96 and one $45 and he couldn't understand why I was confused about the two orders and just kept blaming me since I ordered it on there website. I have news for you Mr. Rude person, I'm only paying $198.96 cause that's what my receipt shows. Will likely consider other options before I shop here again because they clearly don't give a dam about their customers if they have people so rude working there. read more

I just wanted to thank you guys for replacing a flower that was not the what we expected for Valentines day, we ordered through an FTD site and apparently you guys were shorted the delivery charge so my arrangement suffered the size, not the quality. After speaking with the owner he generously sent me out a beautiful new arrangement which lasted a full 7 days, with only adding water every other day. First time customer very disappointed with the floral arrangement I ordered for my mother's birthday. Every year, I order unique floral arrangements for her birthday. I found a very adorable fall floral arrangement on Flower Fanatic's site that included a dog made out of the flowers. It's what made it unique and why I ordered it. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the site. My mom had no idea there was supposed to be flowers arranged to look like a cute dog. No bow or dog like the description on their site. I emailed immediately(included pics and screenshot of description on their site) after delivery and have yet to receive a reply. Really disappointing when you order one thing and what gets delivered is not it. Reading past reviews, seems like something that happens quite often with this florist. read more

My order was delivered & is in stark contrast from the image on their website. The colors are drab and not vibrant even though it was described/shown as such. For the price, I am very disappointed & embarrassed that this was delivered to my dear friend that is recovering from surgery. If they looked at the image on their website and the delivery confirmation image, they would know they made a huge mistake. The only positive thing was the same day delivery. I tried to send a contact request through the website and received an error. Then I tried to call but it just kept ringing and the voicemail isn't set up. The online ordering was easy. But their delivery sends out a "delivered" notification when the flowers are picked up at the florist, not delivered. So, when I didn't hear anything from my wife, I call her and ask if they were delivered, because I received a "delivered" notification. Well, they were not delivered and I basically ruined the surprise. I called the florist and they were very helpful, but it is what it is. But, she has them now. She loves them. read more

Came by for some flowers for Mother's Day. Jennifer said hi as soon as I walked in the door. There were about 5 other people there (including the owner) but no one else even acknowledged my presence. Although Jennifer was busy, she stopped what she was doing to help me. She was so sweet and understanding of my budget. On my second visit I overheard the workers who were putting together arrangements behind the counter talking negatively about a customer and their recent transaction. The owner was also there on my second visit and looked at me and the child with me (who was so excited to buy flowers for his mother), but he still never said hi or acknowledged us. Also, on Mother's Day the owner changed the computer system to a new one, which slowed down transactions and made the cashier feel bad. Seems like that's something that could have been done either before or after Mother's Day. Thank goodness for Jennifer. The prices are reasonable but I would have gone elsewhere if it weren't for Jennifer walking me through the process of choosing an arrangement. The selection wasn't huge and there weren't many pre-made arrangements to get inspiration from, so I really relied on Jennifer to explain my options. She's that place's saving grace. Hopefully they can teach the other staff members to be more personable and improve their selection soon. Jennifer gets 5 stars, Flower Fanatic gets 3 read more

One of the ladies helped me put two of the dozens together for a gorgeous bouquet. They also have cards. I found the perfect one for my Aunt. Spend your money elsewhere! I ordered flowers online from Flower Fanatic for my friend that lives in Bradenton. I ordered a beautiful arrangement in soft pastel flowers, roses, alstroemeria, carnations, greens. The medium size. Just perfect and lush in the example on the site. Cost was 74.99 with tax and delivery, nearly 100.00. My friend received a vase of cut flowers that were burgundy, huge yellow lilies and other flowers that looked like they had been cut from a field. It was hideous. I called to complain, seeking a solution. A staff person Leeann offered to re-send the original flowers I had requested. I agreed to that. The second arrangement my friend received was poorly put together with sparse flowers more greenery. Definitely not as pictured. I wrote it up to a lesson learned. I will NEVER order from there again. I would like to warn others to shop elsewhere! Flowers are pricey. Shop for better quality! read more
