I know that you guys just opened so I am rating you off of intention, personality, and quality of my experience. I enjoyed my server, chef, and atmosphere. Critiques are incoming as I have been in the business forever and just want to aid in your growth. When your busters are cleaning, have them spray the cleaning product directly to the rag and not almost hit your customers eating across the aisle with the spray. Have your chefs double check their orders with guests, as sometimes servers miss a thing or two. The shrimp definitely needs to be deveined better. Taste was great! Took my family here on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly impressed by the service at Benihana, the waitress was nice and explained the menu for us first timers and gave some really good recommendations. The pork gyozas appetizers were amazing and very flavorful! Once we placed the orders, the onion soup we were given was really tasty and delicious, one of the best ones I've had. After a while we were greeted by our chef of the day, chef Jacob (Big J) and he gave excellent service and was very professional during the entire interaction and made it a very great time that even my parents were impressed with his tricks. The food tasted amazing and very flavorful, on top of the way the interior is decorated and very casual noise levels, this was a great time for us to have some really tasty food! we are decades lovers of Benihanna restaurant and having moved to the Woodlands Texas 14 years ago we could never get good service or food at the woodlands location and stopped going. We are happy that the new location up in Conroe has opened and we love it! Fantastic service and the food is always excellent. the restaurant is a newly renovated and modern space and has a big bar area. The manager at this location is doing a great job of keeping up employee morale everyone seems to love working there and it shows. for our most recent visit, we had "chef john"he is super friendly and everything he made us was delicious and our waitstaff was totally on the ball - excellent service! we drive from the Woodlands to frequent this location and highly recommend. read more

My Fiance and I visited this location for Valentine's Day. The ambiance was amazing it felt like we had our own private chef due to us being sat alone. Our chef Justin made us the best food that we have had from Benihana. Our server Leah was amazing and was very attentive and also kept our drinks full.
