The waitress recommended as the best flavor and although I haven't tried any of their others, it did have nice flavor. Creamy, with layers of flavor and a nice mouth feel that coated your tongue with umami. I am a spicy fanatic, so for me wasn't very spicy, but with chili oil available on the table I could increase the spicy profile. The nice thing here is the ramen toppings aren't all extra so a great deal. Came with chashu, 2 pieces, one on top had been fried with an excellent char and crunchiness to it, especially since the crunchy garlic was on top. Also for toppings were corn, bamboo shoots, nori, rice cakes,and half a boiled egg so no nickel and dime for toppings here .
