They acknowledged the damage before they left and told me to file a claim with Lowe's, which I did. Lowe's referred me to the insurance company of the delivery company, but the company denied causing any damage. They lied and said they took photographs before they did the delivery and that the damage was pre-existing. They only took photographs after, and they weren't even of the damage that they caused. Lowe's refused to help with this. They just referred me to their (Lowe's) insurance, who just turned around and referred me to their delivery company's insurance again, and again they refused to accept responsibility. Lowe's doesn't care if they cause damage to your home. They won't make it right. We're realistically looking at less than $500 in damage to my house. To save that $500, they're willing to lose a lifelong customer (Lowe's is across the street from my house) and the $50,000-$100,000 I would have easily spent there while doing backyard and kitchen renovations over the next couple years. I hope it was worth it, Lowe's.

Then I unbox the oven the following week for my contractor to install and the whole bottom was smashed in, called lowes they said because it had been more than 5 days I can't get a refund or exchange, are you fing serious? ANd becuase it's been less than a year their protection plan doesn't kick in yet, they kicked me to fridgedaire (manufacturer) who tried to tell me I'd have to pay for it to be repaired, I finally convinced them to pay for all repairs. I will be charing this back since I bought a new oven not one that fell off a cargo ship and was then repaired by a handyman. Hopefully when they lose all the money on this sale it will make them learn. Also bought a vanity the door and it came in all scraped up, the box it came in was in fine condition so it's obvious it was packaged already messed up. I called them they said "oh it's another business that just sells through us so we can't send you a door" if you bring it back to a physical location we can refund you and order a new one" I explained I don't have a car that can fit it and the closes lowes is 30 miles away, they refused to do anything but give me a $50 discount on a $600 item, so I will charge this back too. Our house was overdue for new paint after 10+ years since our diy paint job and we decided to hire professionals to get the job done. After researching painters, Oscar was recommended by a friend - who saw some of his work in a different neighborhood. From the start, Oscar was attentive, honest, friendly, and accommodating to what we wanted done. We knew what color we wanted for the base color with an idea for the trim and no clue for the door color.  Oscar is very knowledgeable and helped with matching a good trim color and lovely door color that tied everything together. He also offered some ideas to help enhance the look of the house (ie garage door color, color on the stucco popouts) that we took him up on and the overall result looks amazing - like a whole new house! We have security gates and bars and opted for Oscar and his team to paint them as well.  Oscar, Dario, and Joshua arrived early each day and did great work. They were meticulous, courteous, always kept us in the loop, and cleaned up. The care they had for our project really reflected in their work and it was a good overall experience from start to finish. We will definitely hire Oscar and his team again for any painting needs. Team was well managed. And they worked well together. We bought a house and had the entire interior, including the garage, painted. Vaulted ceilings. Exposed beams. Edges were all sharp. Second job was remodel of 3rd bedroom/home office. Complete retexturing, paint, baseboards, barn door installation, closet door replacement, and custom closet shelving. Job took a little longer than originally quoted due to winter weather/humidity causing texture to take longer than normal to dry, but communication was on point every day to let us what would be done and when. I went in for a simple return, but the associate named Tracey was rude and unprofessional during the interaction. The attitude and behavior were not acceptable and completely ruined my experience as a customer. I have already reached out through text and email but have not received any case number or response yet. I also called the store, and an associate manager answered, but there has been no follow-up so far. As a regular customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope store management, including Store Manager Shannon Johnson, takes this seriously and ensures better customer service so others don't not face similar issues.
