BEWARE IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS CHRONIC ILLNESS!!! I thought I would be able to say something nice…read morefinally. Actually, I do! Jose thank you so much for being kind to me and for making things better. I really appreciate your efforts. If you have serious chronic illness, this place will SERIOUSLY mess with you, your life, and try to push you into mental illness or a complete breakdown. Just so they can blame it on other stuff other than their own negligence. Dr. Melgar knew what I was coming in for yet she acted as though she didn't know what I needed. I did not have enough gas to be able to get all the way home if I came to see her for my bilateral ear infection. It was so intolerable, I chose to come see her anyways, that's how important my appointment was for me. I needed to come in physically so she could view the problem in person and take a culture. That was the whole point of me coming in person. They know that HEAT in my environment makes me very sick and that I required to be in temperature controlled environments being kept cold. They made sure to have the heater on that day. It's as if they're testing me every time I come in person. Setting me up for deterioration so that they can witness it, because they don't believe me is my only guess. They put me in a stuffy room and close the door as I begin to deteriorate before I'm supposed to drive my son back home and to also deal with being stranded without gas. Then she pretended like she didn't know why I was there and she didn't understand why I had come in sooner than the 14 days of my first medication treatment. Even though my condition had gotten worse, that's why I was physically there, all of which she had already been informed of. She made me feel gross for accidentally cross contaminating myself if that's what even happened. I only mentioned it as a possibility and you should've seen the look on her face that she gave me as if I was the most disgusting human being on the face of the planet. She took advantage of the fact that they deteriorated me with their hot room, forced me to forget that I needed my sample to be taken and when I finally did remembered right before I left, she refused the nurse 3 separate requests for it to be done before I left. I have never had to fight so hard to help myself. THIS ABUSE SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!! How many physical appointments do I need before someone steps up to do their job properly?! My condition got worse after she refused to do her job. Then she refused to provide the medication that I went there for. Not even a pain medication or anything for anxiety just something to help me with the infection and she refused. If you or a family member has suffered at the hands of these doctors at this clinic please reach out to me privately. Together we can make a REAL difference. Report everything to your insurance company and if you have one, your Mental Health professional. Document everything! I'm not letting these doctors get away with this nonsense anymore!! Gaslighting is a serious abuse tactic.
