Shoppers Beware !!! Do not shop here if you are are looking for a kitchen sink. They have EVERYTHING but that! Also this place is the worst if you are looking to run in and out real quick. Unless you go there on the daily, as many do, you are sure to be stopped in your tracks by the sheer volume of items crammed (neatly) into this tiny, quaint family owned and run country store. They have so many locally sourced items and alcohol to help you deal with the shock of finding exactly what you didn't know you needed. Like the time I went in to get a soda and came out with a Maryland crab T-shirt, a tomato, pound of local hamburger, Chesapeake Gold Crabby Cheddar, homemade buckeyes, buns, chips, a Powerball ticket and a bottle of Dove Valley Wine. And don't tell anybody but I saw Clorox wipes here during the quarantine! (And Toilet paper too) Just when I thought this place couldn't get any better, they added a delicious Deli! We have shopped Benjamin's Store for more years than we can count. The family atmosphere is evident from the second you walk through the door and are greeted with a huge "hello". We buy everything there from tomato plants to hibiscus trees to Duck Fat spray to Duke's mayonnaise to to local meats, cheeses and produce. They have been a complete blessing during Covid-19. We have wanted for nothing. Our latest favorites are the deli sandwiches. The Italian Sub and the Rueben Panini are absolutely delicious. And their chicken salad is the best we've ever had anywhere. Love this place! It's feels like you are walking into a family members place.. friendly, always chipper & will be sure to get that special order item you are looking for! Loads of stuff! Gear for sports, baseball cards & a nook for 2nd hand items!!!! Added a deli recently which I have not tried as of yet.. loads of meats & cheeses & milks from local farms! You can't find a county store like this anywhere close... they have just about everything! (even a big container of my decaf coffee!) I love this store!! They have always been a great country store. Now with a deli!! Game changer! We ordered Italian subs they were FANTASTIC! They also have local farm goods from Stanford meats and Chesapeake Gold Cheeses. They have beer and local wine. You an Orioles or Ravens fan? Yup they have Ravens and Orioles gear too. Everyone is so friendly. They greet you with a smile and a "how ya doing." If you could imagine the perfect country store with all the things you would want in it. It's Benjamin's! I have been shopping here for over 18 years. I have always and I mean always been greeted with a friendly smile. The customer service of this small town convenience store can not be beat. The owner Patricia and her staff will go out of their way to help you find what you need. The selection of products in this tiny country store is mind blowing. I remember going to Benjamin's Store when I was young. I have never forgotten this store. It was my favorite. I am 52 years old and would love to see this store again in person. Went into Benjamin's recently after seeing they had a deli. My husband and I ordered an Italian sub and a roast beef sub. They both were delicious and packed with meat. I must say we were very pleased and will be going back. As a child my grandparents lived nearby so I would walk down to the store when I was visiting. It brought back pleasant childhood memories! read more

They have a little bit of everything. You can grab groceries, beer, wine and meats. My kids love the cheap novelty candy. Fair prices and lots of local products from local farmers(meats, milk, cheeses, and produce from high quality local farms)! LOVE Benjamin's Store. I only recently made my first trip there after hearing great things about this little country store.
