Very nice place to stop off and grab a quick bite for lunch. Nice atmosphere. Great service and great food. If you're in St. George Utah and you need that Thai food fix, give Benja's a try. Cheers

While we were visiting St. George we went into Benja's and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was good, a bit slower but nothing to complain about. We had the drunken noodles and they were a solid 8/10 The TomYum was 10/10 for me! The sushi was not the best. If you're contemplating on going here just stick to the Thai food. It is a small place and from what we heard it's usually a long wait but thankfully we didn't have to wait very long.

Benjas was a great stop! Cute venue right in downtown, had a lovely group atmosphere. Service was quick and even tho it was busy we got seated quickly. Appetizers of crab wontons and spring rolls were nothing super special but were tasty. But where it's at is the curry!! We got both red and yellow- my personal fave being the red. It was creamy and flavorful. I would recommend getting a bit spicer than you think. 3 was below average spicy and I like spicy so I would get a 4 next time. This is utah folks haha. Overall loved this place would definitely come again!

Rebecca was more than accommodating. We were visiting from out of town, and she took time to explain the style of the place and the liquor laws. We just wanted some apps and drinks like blue-collar folks unwinding--and we got amazing food, great drinks, and a seriously good vibe. The service was friendly and genuine, the appetizers fresh and flavorful, drinks well made, and the atmosphere relaxed but lively. If you're passing through, this spot is a must. Rebecca makes you feel right at home; we'll definitely be back.

I had a late lunch at Benja's with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious interior and tons of seats: not crowded at all when I went. Parking was easy to find nearby, just a short walk away. The service was super friendly and fast, which I always appreciate. I was impressed with the large menu. There's a variety of Thai and sushi. The Thai iced tea was perfectly sweet and refreshing. Both the Las Vegas roll and the Kilamanjaro rolls were okay, but not amazing: too saucy, but lacked flavor, and way too much batter fried over the roll. However, their Thai dishes are where it's at! My friends loved the yellow curry and pad thai. The crab wontons we got for the table were also delicious and we were tempted to get the curry versions which we saw on the menu too (but were too full). Solid option for Thai food in a nice setting with good service. Sushi was also good, but I would opt for the Thai.

Tonight I had the opportunity to try their Sunset roll. It is a simple roll that has yellow tail, salmon, and some scallions. It was just what I was looking for in a light appetizer to start my meal. For my main course I had to try their Musaman curry with chicken. It is a sweeter curry so if you like spice I would recommend getting a higher level or request the spice rack. I ordered a 3 out of 5 and still needed to add some extra spice to it. However, the taste of this curry was fantastic and would recommend it to anyone wanting some good curry!! My waitress, Azsha, was fantastic and took great care of me in this Zen filled restaurant.

Delightful spot in the historic Pioneer Square. Great ambience with windows throughout, tables not too close together, and nice decor. Also, not loud. Service was a little bit slow due to understaffing on the holiday. Our waitress was fantastic at pointing out which menu items could be made gluten free. All three dishes we ordered were fantastic. I could drink the dressing for the steak salad. The meat was tender and the dish was substantial. Hubs liked his orange chicken very much. Daughter (who has celiac disease) loved the gluten free noodle dish the waitress recommended. It was full of veg, shrimp, and sauce with the vermicelli noodles. This place was clean (I always check the table). Benja's will be on regular rotation every time we visit St. George from now on.

This restaurant is in a cute little area that also has other restaurants and shops. Parking can get crowded during busy seasons. We ordered the drunken noodles, which were absolutely delicious, and the shrimp spring rolls, which included two really good dipping sauces. Next time I'm in St. George, I will come back for the drunken noodles!

There were 4 people behind the reception table and that's good because there were piles of people inside! We were afraid we won't get a table fast because there were probably 30 people waiting both in and out. The receptionist asked if we're ok with sushi bar. We said yes and we were seated in 3 minutes, way ahead of everybody! There are 2 sections: habachi and sushi. We were of course seated at the sushi area. Our server's name was Star and she was lovely, highly attentive and efficient. We ordered sushi and yakisoba and everything was fresh and tasty! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back next time we're in St George!

The reason for the one star review is the quality of the food. The food was bland and lacking seasoning except for the soup which tasted like you were putting salt directly on your tongue. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the next morning I woke up with severe food poisoning, and spent the whole day stuck in my hotel room sick. We've called the restaurant, left a voicemail, and wrote in. We have not heard back. While we were initially excited to try this restaurant after driving by it for years, we will not be returning, and won't recommend this venue to anyone. They seem to have more focus on branding and being flashy, rather than proper food handling.

We showed up close to their closing time for the lunch break (around 2:55), right before they close at 3 and reopen for dinner, but they were still kind enough to let us place a carry-out order, which I really appreciated. The food came out quickly too--just a few minutes--and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely go back again.

At first glance of the prices you would think you were at a full sit down Thai restaurant. In reality you would think you were in the mall food court. We started with steamed rice, which comes with the meal, and the tangerine chicken. The chicken was delicious. Light crunchy breading and a fresh tart sauce...but the portion size would leave a 6oz sparrow chirping for more. When you pay $15 for an entree and it doesn't feed a 5 year old there is an issue there. The journey continued with the royal fried rice, which had a wopping two whole shrimp in it. Again, $15 for fried rice is a crime but the portion size was improved... we will settle on acceptable. On to the noodles! We got the drunken and pad see ew. The meat in all the dishes, with the exception of the drunken noodle was very bland. The pad see ew was okay, good portion size, fresh ingredients, just not a whole lot of flavor. The drunken was the star of the show here... A nice spice level, full of flavor, and good portion size. The noodles had a good texture, and it was filling. This was the only dish that lived up to the price and hype. Overall it's okay, not nearly as good as Thai we are used to at larger restaurants but if you need a quick Thai fix and are willing to pay full Thai price it may be for you. Stay away from the stand alone chicken dishes if you need a full meal and you will be fine.
