It used to be a business could learn from honest feedback, but Bennett and Cole seem to want to attack people instead of solve problems. B&C need to do better. I was made to feel unappreciated as a customer and my concerns were met with apathy and a desire to "speak with my husband". I find that behavior unacceptable in 2024. Whenever I do any project I do a lot of research and due diligence, and Bennett and Cole stood out as the most honest, professional, competent, and affordable water service company that I contacted and dealt with.
