Poor customer service. Took my bike in for a flat and the guy working there was speaking down on me as if I'm supposed to know why. Made me put in air in the tire myself. Tire ended up having a puncture and he "fixed" it but still have this noticeable opening on my tire. Not sure if it's supposed to look like that but nonetheless, I will not be returning.

This is the BEST Bike shop hands down I love how this bike shop takes great care of their customers. I have bought three bikes at Bennets. Their prices are ultra competitive. Keep up the good work.

Well, I honestly can't speak to the current staff. But I still have the Fuji 12 speed I bought in 1977! Got the sticker to prove it! If I get back in the area I'll bring it back for its 40+ year tune-up!

Inside the store, their collection of bike seats, bells, gloves etc.

Very helpful and honest! The best bike Shop in Staten Island! I admit I am an amateur when it comes to bikes and was not sure if my tire was flat and needed to be changed. So I took it in and let them be the judge. After about 10 minutes with my bike he returned it filled with air. Told me it was not flat just needed air. He could have sold me up the river as I am not bike savvy but he filled up my tires for no charge and gained a life long customer. Beautiful bike shop. Oh, and there's a cute dog in there. Thanks for your honesty and hard work guys. Will be back x 100.

They have experience fixing giant bikes, especially the gentleman in the picture. He knows what to do excellent.

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
