    Country Style Eggs Benedict

The food is great! We had the southern Benedict and the country Benedict and both were delicious! Got seated quickly and the food came out pretty fast too. The place wasn't too crowded when we sat down but it filled up as we ate.

The food options and portion size we greater than the price! And it tastes good. I had their grits with eggs accompanied by biscuit and gravy. Everything was delicious. The place was very inviting, having a stereotypical southern charm warmth feel as the name suggests. The service was outstanding.

What a great little hometown breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Now don't come here expecting anything fancy like fruit compote French toast. But if you want something that tastes like your grandma made it that summer you spent down south with her- well this place is it. Let's start with Customer Service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in seated quickly at a clean counter seating with authentic wood chairs. The waitress was hospitable, friendly, and even offered some options and explained what things were on the menu she checked on us several times to make sure that we were good and even gave us her feedback on what we should order based on what our pallets OK, I'm not really worried about my body were craving we also got some local made cakes to try to go. This place is definitely going to be a stop every time. I'm in the area. Perfect if you are getting on or just getting off a cruise ship as it's only eight minutes from the terminal.

What a gem of a place. The most wonderful and comforting experience in cape canaveral. The food is delicious. Large portions. They created and invented southern hospitality. This place is like a much needed warm hug. I love all the signage everywhere. Lots to read and enjoy. You feel like you are eating and having family fellowship. The service was exceptional. Everyone is filled with joy and so welcoming. You feel like they brought your favorite family members and you get to enjoy a special meal together. Look forward to returning. They are only open till 2pm. We came for breakfast on. Friday morning and we only waited about 15 minutes. They have wonderful specials and massive homemade fresh biscuits. The bacon is delicious. Grits are so creamy.

Lovely, charming place with good food & service. We ate here before getting onto a cruise ship. Very convenient to the port & easy to find. I had western omelette with deep fried bacon. Be aware there is a 4% service fee for using a credit card.

Southern Charm Café absolutely lived up to its name. From the moment we walked in, the place had this warm, down-home feel paired with hilarious, Southern-style sayings all over the walls that kept us smiling the whole time. We ordered a little bit of everything, and nothing disappointed. * Biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon -- The biscuits were fluffy, fresh, and huge then the gravy had that perfect seasoned, comforting flavor with bits of sausage. The bacon was crisp, smoky, and just right. * Omelette with chili and cheese plus grits -- This one was a standout. The omelette was hearty and packed with flavor, and the chili added a delicious kick without overwhelming the eggs. The grits were smooth, buttery, and exactly how grits should be. * Cheese quesadilla with crinkle-cut fries for my daughter -- Simple but well-done. The quesadilla was cheesy and toasted perfectly, and the fries were golden, crispy, and kid-approved. Overall, the food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere made the whole meal even better. Southern Charm Café is definitely one of those places you want to come back to--great food, great vibes, and a little humor sprinkled all around. Highly recommend!

For sure talk about good southern comfort food! The place is very hospitable, breakfast and lunch doesn't matter what time. The food portions were crazy amounts of food! Service with standard, but the people were really nice. It ambience inside has a good southern comfort feel!

Requested oj with ice, and this is how it arrived
    Dj S.

While on vacation, we stopped stopped here to eat and I requested an orange juice with ice. As did my friend, this is what she brought out. she actually brought out a cup of orange juice along with a cup of ice. It was the funniest thing ever. And I couldn't stop laughing about it. The place was much larger than you would think by looking at the front. The staff was absolutely adorable, and accommodating... to a degree. Staff would not let my adult friend order off of the children's menu because there was not a child at the table.Oh, well, not something to cry over. The food was in huge portions and so very delicious, if you're ever in the area, you definitely need to come by.

    Fluffy. Made daily from scratch.

We got off a cruise and had time to kill and ate breakfast here. So glad we did! Good price, great service, cozy environment and excellent southern favs. Grits were buttery and had texture. Best ever. Crispy, meaty bacon. Crunchy hashbrowns. Perfect fluffy biscuits (made fresh daily) with tasty sausage gravy with the right amount of pepper. The waitresses come around every few minutes to refill coffee. A full breakfast for 2 with an added on grit for $35. Def recommend!

Got off our cruise and needed food. I saw this place online and it was only five minutes away. When we arrived we had to put our name in and only waited 5-10 minutes. We ordered the turkey club sandwich, the porky omelet, grits and corned beef hash. Wow - the portions are large and even the drinks were huge! Our food was delicious . The hostess and our server were so friendly and our coffee was constantly being refreshed. Go here - you will love it!

A great place for breakfast. Omelette was large. The biscuits are the size of a large muffin and the servers are friendly. Worth the time.

My wife and I went there for the first time today and I have to say, we were impressed. The owner, Joanne sat us at our table then quickly introduced herself. Our server was also very friendly, and quick to offer some advice on what to order when we asked. Upon her recommendation we both ordered the country fried steak with a biscuit and gravy. The country fried steak was absolutely delicious, as was the rest of the food. It has that small town, home cooked flavor. Everything made from scratch, nothing premade or frozen. We were both very happy with our food. I'm not sure why we never stopped in before, but we'll definitely come back again.

Inside is a tiki bar vibe, it is very small business and the waitress is super nice (and must deal with a lot). It was virtually empty when we went for dinner. Mussel and clam in white wine: okay the bread was not even grilled (I had expected some buttery smoked grill mark situation) and the clams had a lot of sand in them. There was a handful of dead mussels. And overall it was a bit salty and lacking in freshness. Mahi taco- inside was good but idk if orlando doesn't have a good bread place cuz the tortilla was soo bad. Like no moisture, fake tasting tortilla. Otherwise the fish and toppings are yummy and I can see why its recommended. Again not really the blackened grill flavor. The fries were real potato (russet) but also felt a overfried/fried too long at a low temperature because they were greasy and some were burnt.. The fried oysters were okay, on the smaller side. Overall, this place might be better for fried baskets and like fish and chips rather than fresh seafood experience. Also considering it is on the cape/island you do have to drive out a long way on a single road to get to it, so that might have also influenced my expectations. Again the service is good and nice if you do want to support a local business. Just for the price and repertoire, maybe I had higher expectations.

It took us a few minutes to go through the menu since we weren't familiar with the restaurant, and there are quite a few items to choose from. We ordered the "Crack Mac Snack" (macaroni and cheese) and added pulled pork and the biscuit bread. The food came out quickly, and we were not disappointed. The biscuit bread was absolutely amazing, rich, soft, and delicious (maybe a little too generous with the butter on top, but still delicious). It's a thick, hearty piece, about two inches high and roughly four inches square. The mac and cheese was a generous portion and easily enough to share, and it was really good. The homemade BBQ sauce was also a highlight. The only slight miss was my husband's Coke, which wasn't very sweet, possibly a calibration issue with the machine. Overall, this is definitely a spot worth trying if you're in Cocoa Beach and want something different. There's a lot on the menu, and we'll definitely be back.
