I ask if they have more in back....gruff answer NO. Finally guy with beard goes in back and comes out with package. During checkout I ask them to price match with Walmart (who also has it IN STOCK literally about 2 miles away) for $4.25. Advance auto parts price is $6.99. Shorter guy without beard says we don't price match. Then I tell him the advance auto website says retail local locations will price match with local competitors if it's the same item & model number (which it is) and if the local competitor has it in stock (which it does). Guy says well THIS LOCATION DOESN'T do price matches. He acted like I was an inconvenience to him from the beginning he was so rude that I returned my product before he could install it. I will never shop at this location or at any advanced auto parts. I ended up going to auto zone in east Wareham they were amazing!! I am so glad I did. The manager working there went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my car he checked my battery and even cleaned it. He told me that I didn't need to replace it right away and it was completely charged and had no leaks which is the exact opposite of what Dylan told me. Advanced auto needs to find knowledgeable kind staff there is no reason to treat someone with such disrespect especially when the customer is respectful and kind from the beginning. He needs to find a different job!

Went to Advance Auto Parts in Weymouth awhile back and asked for the same item. The employee looked up the part I needed then walked with me over to were it was and found it for me in quick time. I really liked the customer service at Advance Auto Parts and how the employee took the time to help me out. I know you can't blame a whole business on one experience with one employee but I just didn't like the vibe I got from the Autozone employee. He just didn't seem to care or take a min to help me find what I was looking for. I will stick with Advanced Auto Parts for future buys.

I received email and text messages reminding me of the appointment. I got to the auto care center at 9:45 am on January 10th, went to walk inside, and the doors were closed. No signage indicating it was closed and no emails or alerts that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I walked back to my car and called the store. The woman who answered informed me that the auto care center was closed for the day. She proceeded to scoff at me and hang up the phone when I asked why I wasn't told and had driven up there for nothing. This is the second time I've had an issue with the Auto Care center at the Plymouth, MA Walmart. I wouldn't recommend going to this location for any service on your vehicle.
