After the rotation, I noticed a vibration at higher speeds, since the tires were fairly new I scheduled a balancing appointment with the installer. When they attempted to remove the wheels, one spline type lug nut broke and another one deformed. At that point we stopped trying, since the nuts were obviously severely over-torqued. I called Colonial, but the service manager was not in. I was told he would be informed and would call me on Monday. I heard nothing on Monday, so I sent an email via the dealer's online link. I then received a text from Molly. She said she would speak to Jon and he would be back to me shortly. By the end of the day, I still had heard nothing so I reached out to Molly again. She apologized and said she had conveyed my message andthe someone from the "Team", and someone would call me. I never heard from them. Problems can be dangerous and expensive. Always, always get your RV (yes, even a small camper travel trailer!) inspected before purchase, and on regular intervals during its lifetime. The owners might seem nice and profess easy usage and all the maintenance, but there are often problems lurking. Next, who do you get to do this? There are plenty of uncertified imposters out there, with minimal knowledge and experience. Trust a pro, an actual highly experienced, certified professional like Jim. He was amazing, friendly, and informative through the process. Great rapport with us (the buyers) and the sellers. Thorough job and report. He found a propane leak the owners weren't aware of! It could have been disastrous. Jim performed the service requested, and went above and beyond in every way. His price was great, especially considering the huge cost of repair we could have had if we didn't know about the things he uncovered and even the small problems turned into big ones! He saved us from that, and gave us the confidence to enjoy our RV, which is what it's for!

I brought my vehicle to Dana's Auto and was quoted $5,000 for repairs. They had my car for nearly a month and half and gave it back to me twice, only for issues to continue. One of the issues happened not even 2 minutes after i pulled out of the auto shop. The third time, they kept my car for another 2 weeks and then refused to release it to me until I paid them an additional $218 on top of everything else. This whole process was incredibly frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming. I cannot and will not recommend Dana's Auto based on my experience.

The driver TONY from MARC'S in Wareham spoke very angrily and loudly, refusing to walk in the snow to rock her car off the patch of ice. Today, my friend and I went to MARC'S to speak with the owner about Tony's nasty attitude and refusal to do his job. The owner Marc Whitney was as rude and nasty as Tony. Last night my plow guy took a few minutes and unstuck my friend's car - with only a little bit of rock salt. Like the other disgusted customers who received nasty service from Marc's I'd give zero stars to this useless, nasty business.
