Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Last May we were getting new hard wood floors installed throughout our house but decided to keep the tile in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room but the grout lines were dark and no longer "acceptable". So we call Ben. His cousin (and partner) ended up coming out and made all of our grout lines look spectacularly clean and new again. While he was here we asked him to clean and seal our granite countertops as well. Again, he did an unbelievable job. Then we said,"Our shower in the Master Bathroom needs to be re-caulked, do you have time to do that?" He said, "Yes!" He took out the old caulking and went to Home Depot bought all the supplies and recaulked the inside and outside of the entire shower. He did an incredible job! So while we were still waiting for our hard wood floors to be installed (due to a manufacturer delay) we thought it would make sense to get our gigantic sectional sofa cleaned. Ben scheduled us just as soon as he could and did the most thorough, complete cleaning job I have even seen. HE was not satisfied after the first day of work on it (because he had other obligations from prior commitments he couldn't work a full day on it) so he came back and worked another six hours without charging any extra!!! We felt guilty - it looked "good enough" for OUR standards the day before. I have never received such incredible cleaning services from any company before. 3 weeks ago I had my uphostery cleaned on my 15 year old sofa. We have 3 children and this sofa has been through it all! Ben spent 4 hours cleaning the sofa and it looks NEW AGAIN!!! If that wasn't enough, my kids playroom has been transformed. From countless dark circles to NEW AGAIN!!! If that wasn't enough, the price was INCREDIBLE! Ben is awesome. He is very understanding and does a great job, and you can totally tell he loves what he does. When I first moved into my unit the carpets were horrible, with large dark black stains in numerous places and an animal urine type smell. He since has recently treated my carpets for the stains and specially treated the areas with the animal urine. The smell has decreased significantly and the dark stains since have not re appeared. Plus Adam, the scheduler in the office is so nice and cordial, always answers the phone right away. Prices are reasonable, they cleaned my wall to wall carpet, which is 29 years old, so much better than any other company ever has. And they GOT THE STAINS OUT! Note that if somebody is out sick, the owner comes in and gets it done, plus he is always available to consult on challenging jobs like septic backup onto my rug. they know what they are doing and have been in business a long time. It is always a good sign to see that most of the technicians have been working there a long time.
