Let me tell you about R&R... we had an emergency with our HVAC and were without heat with a whopping 58 degree tempt in our house for about 14 hours, having to break out the ole plug in heaters and googling the issue with no answers.... In desperation as the day grew into the evening and fear of the dropping night temperatures, a close friend recommended Brandon and he was there in 15 minutes AFTER HOURS, found the problem and fixed it in no time. He was kind, responsive, respectful to property, putting shoe covers on every time he entered our home asking if he could assess other parts of the system and explained everything he was doing as the job was being done. QUICK NOTE - they ARE open for business during this crazy ordeal! I put out a message to multiple HVAC companies to come by and look at my air conditioning before the summer. Within a hour I had multiple messages in my inbox but based off the reviews I only wanted to go with R&R and they did not let me down. I received a phone call the following morning and within a half hour a technician was at my house taking care of business. The technician was on the EXACT timeline he said he'd be which was awesome and a bummer because it was raining outside but that didn't stop him from digging right in - pouring rain and all. Great guys who do great work. They are professional, but also personable and friendly. They didn't try to sell me on things simply so they can make money, and actually discouraged me from buying expensive equipment when something off the rack from Walmart would do. Love, love, love, this company! A few weeks ago, I created a heating/furnace project and submitted it into Yelp and had several companies come out to give an estimate. Brandon, the owner, conducted the most thorough examination of my 50-year-old furnace and patiently described the issues within the unit. After comparing his estimate to the others, I felt that he was fair and honest within the estimate and I felt completely comfortable moving forward. I appreciate that it didn't take a long period of time between contracting and the actual installation (it is getting cold rather quickly). Brandon's team came out today (right on time) and they were very professional and courteous. I appreciate the efficiency of the installation team and we are 100% pleased with our unit. Brandon emailed me the detailed, itemized estimate for a new heat/air conditioner, which was less expensive than the big box stores. The company is in good standing, licensed and insured.On the day of the installation, they showed up on time, worked as a team, explained everything in detail, and filed the paperwork for the 10 year warranty. I was very impressed with R&R! I've already recommended them to two friends just today. The problem was a condensation leak. It was water at the base of my unit which had spread into the next room and carpet. (yuck) The tech, Jesse, came to diagnose, repair and service. Everything from start to finish was A+ -- the response on yelp "project" to get a quote was polite and quick. Then we had some yelp messages back and forth (quickly) to schedule me for the very next morning. He was to arrive between 8a and 9a and I received a text shortly after 8am that he was on his way. He showed at 8:40a. He discussed the issue with me after checking things out. He kept me informed of what he was doing (including a warning before he made the temp really cold). He did not make a mess. He replaced things to where they were (like when he lifted my security bar and patio door blinds to go out in the backyard). Overall, I have a very old unit and he didn't use that as an excuse to upsell me. I know the heat will be a problem in Jan/Feb ... so I plan on calling them again. read more
