I recently had Botox at Bense SurgiSpa. It was something I had been thinking about doing for years but had kept putting off because I was so nervous. I went for my initial consultation and found everyone there to be so friendly and helpful and completely understanding. They were able to schedule my Botox treatment for early the next week. When I arrived I was extremely nervous. Kristine was so professional and it is easy to tell that she has been performing Botox injections for a long time. She knew exactly what I needed, where, and how many units. The numerous qualifications she holds are displayed in her office and I knew I was having this done by the right person. I read that the injections were painless but with any needle involved I expected at least a little bit of pain, or even some discomfort but there was literally no pain at all!! It was done in about 3 minutes! I did not look any different at all afterwards and could not even see the injection points unless I looked right up close in the mirror and could see them only because I knew they were there. It has been 3 days now since my experience and I will definitely be going back to Bense SurgiSpa to get my next treatment. I should have done this years ago! read more

Love the service I received at Bense Surgispa. I had laser tattoo removal treatment on a Friday afternoon. During my consultation, the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. She explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. I received prompt service from Bense. Even though I got voicemail when I first called, I left a message and my call was returned the same day. The tattoo removal procedure didn't hurt as bad as I was expecting, the woman who performed the procedure offered to take breaks if I needed it, which I didn't. They called me on Monday to follow up to see how I was doing. I have noticed that my tattoo has faded quite a bit even after one treatment. I followed the after-care instructions given to me and noticed no bad blistering and didn't have any pain in the couple days after. I have booked my next treatment and am looking forward to it. My first experience at Bense was a wonderful experience. Upon calling for a consult it was no time before they got me in. I met with one of the staff members who was beyond professional, she was great. She explained in detail about Botox, the dos and the don't prior to the treatment and aftercare which was never explained to me at another location which i was a patient of. I am so happy with the service I receive at Bense SurgiSpa! Staff here is so knowledgeable and friendly, prices for procedures are generally quite reasonable, and the facility itself is beautiful. There is absolutely no pushiness by staff when it comes to deciding on procedures, but they are so helpful and gentle and caring- they will call you at home to see how you're doing after the procedure is done, and you're not rushed during any appointment. After deciding I needed help with my skin (acne/scarring) I chose to have a consultation. The staff were very welcoming to me and knowledgeable about the procedures they offer. I have received four sessions of Laser Tattoo Removal Surgery and have a few more to go. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and Jackie Lake is a phenomenal Bense employee. She makes sure you are comfortable and her friendly personality makes the treatment much easier to deal with as it is known to be quite painful. Originally came to Bense for the Cosmopen procedure... I have been to multiple cosmetic skincare clinics around the city and can say that I'm very pleased with the professionalism and overall welcoming environment at Bense. I've undergone a much more invasive treatment previously (Pixel resurfacing) to treat the same issues (scarring, pigmentation) as with Cosmopen, and had the same results, but for a much steeper price. While I am attending Bense for laser for rosacea I am ever cautious that there may be a hard sell for other types of cosmetic procedures which I am not interested in. So far everyone has been professional and I have not felt pressured to have any other treatments. Also, the cleansers and cream recommended was less expensive then I would have paid for average brands at a cosmetics counter of most larger chain stores. read more
