My primary concern was that the practice have pleasant and professional dentists and staff and that they be current on all dental-related technology. Having moved from Florida in April, I felt a little spoiled with the dentist I had seen for more than 15 years. I was not disappointed with my visit to Bass & Watson and feel like I have found the dental practice I hoped for. All front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful--greeting me with a smile and welcoming words. Allison brought me back to the treatment area--ensuring that I was fully informed about how the visit would proceed, the time it would take, describing everything she was doing, and making extra efforts to make me comfortable along the way. She is a gem. Upon meeting Dr. Watson, I was relieved because it was obvious he was detail oriented, professional, and experienced--and he also had a terrific chair-side manner. I'm no stranger to the dentist office after having a lot of work done on my teeth over the past 3 decades, so I know what feels right in a dental office environment and what doesn't. After this first visit, I'm totally glad that I chose this practice for my dental care. Thank you to all of the people at Bass & Watson who I met and interacted with today.

The front desk team was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were patient with me while I asked questions and recommended Dr. Bass based on my needs. When I went in for my consultation, Dr. Bass listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. He also provided me a treatment plan that worked best for my wallet. When I started the treatment plan, he allowed me to schedule when it was best for me, explained step by step expectations, allowed me to choose something to watch on the TV. He also provided me a neck pillow as I suffered from a car accident. He would take breaks as I needed and allowed me to hold onto a tool (suction tool) to allow my to use it when I needed and this helped me feel I was in control. The treatment was quick, painless, and my teeth look beautiful. This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone on staff is talented and kind. Dr. Bass put my mind and anxiety at ease. I LOVE going to the dentist now! Thank you Bass and Watson family !!!

She is clearly very thorough…read moreand detailed in her work, and did a great job of explaining everything that was going on with my teeth. She took her time with me as opposed to other dentists who just pop in for five minutes at the end of your appointment. Her assistant Gabby, was also really friendly and polite and tried to make the x-rays as easy as possible. Lynn at the front desk went out of her way to get me on the schedule and call my insurance to see what would be covered and when since I am on a recently purchased insurance plan. I had a really questionable dentist back in CA and avoided going to the dentist for a while when I moved out here. I guess you can say Dr. Schtakleff has restored my faith in dentistry :P. She didn't pressure me into fancy dental gadgets/procedures but told me affordable ways to manage my teeth and stop any issues before they get worse. She even did my cleaning herself! Another major plus is that the entire practice was crystal clean! Everything from the bathrooms to the sanitized tools, to the fact that both Gabby and Dr. Schtakleff are decked out in surgical scrubs! You had me at "hygiene."

Although I never considered my teeth yellow but only dull, the treatment has proven me wrong. The whiteness is nearly unbelievable and so satisfying. Whitening my teeth has improved my smile and my face! I find myself smiling so much more. Dr. Chirnalli is professional, kind and shows a remarkable dedication for excellent service to his patients. Visited Inspire Dental - Apex in August 2025. My family member does not speak English, so we had to…read moreaccompany them for communication. The initial exam was extremely brief, with no clear explanation, no X-rays shown, and no introductions -- we didn't know who was the dentist or assistant. During the deep cleaning, a hygienist/assistant administered anesthesia and did the entire procedure without the dentist present or supervising. The dentist only appeared afterward, did not introduce herself, and gave no post-procedure guidance. I had to ask basic questions about care and eating afterward. Later, we were told additional fillings were required, which were never mentioned during the visit. Billing seemed excessive. When we raised concerns, the dentist adamantly insisted everything was done correctly, dismissed our questions, and offered no apology or acknowledgment. The receptionist was also unprofessional and dismissive when asked about billing. The clinic later refused to continue care rather than address the issues. Overall, this experience demonstrated arrogance, lack of transparency, and disregard for patient communication and rights.

I've had my teeth cleaned a couple times and a couple minor services. Dr. Allen always seems happy, and was able to cater to my specific medical needs with a smile!

Very Disappointing Experience - Lack of Transparency and Poor Communication…read more I visited this clinic today for my second periodic evaluation, which should have been covered under the in-house insurance plan I purchased from them (which includes two free visits). However, I was shocked to be charged $262 today without any prior notice. They claimed that because I used a different insurance for a tooth removal at another visit, my in-house insurance was void. This was never communicated to me--neither when I used the other insurance nor at the start of today's visit. At no point did anyone inform me that I would be charged or that my plan was no longer valid. This lack of transparency and failure to communicate important information is unacceptable. Patients deserve to be clearly informed about their benefits and any potential charges before services are rendered. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice to others.

Before we got into the chair he took me to his office and asked me a few questions. We chatted for 15 to 20 minutes and then we went to the chair. He introduced me to a few ladies that would be assisting him. I have to say after being there for 45 minutes, he told me more about my teeth in 15 minutes than other Dentists did in 15 years. Painless procedure in cleaning my teeth. Yes, they all wonder about them. My teeth just do not decay. But back to the visit. Excellent in every way and I was surprised in new technology they have.
