We've used Benterprise walking since the 2nd week we had our pup Harry last fall. Ben, and specifically our walker, Eric, are a dream team and have made our lives as dog owners in the city 100 times easier. They're just dog people, sensitive to each dog's specific needs and are communicative, easy to work with, reliable and trustworthy. My dog loves all people, but when we happen to run into either Eric or Ben on the street... he goes NUTS and so clearly adores his time spent with either of them. They're quick to reply to an initial outreach, transparent in their process and things like whether or not your dog will be walking alone/with another pup, they don't do the whole one-walker-per-six-dogs thing, and go above and beyond in discussing pet care needs with you. For example, we've been trying to help our dog gain some muscle weight and they've been instrumental in those conversations/monitoring his behaviors as we adjust diet, etc. It also goes a long way saying that Ben's operation is an exclusive recommendation of Westside Vet Center. Since moving to the UWS, I struggled to find a good dog walker. Despite having what I thought was simple criteria, I dealt with horrible experiences - until now! Ben and Brandon have slowly helped me rehab me from my dog walker depression and have proven themselves to be fantastic to work with. Ben is extremely reliable and accommodating of my unpredictable schedule. Brandon, my usual dog walker, always makes my dog feel loved and cared for. Brandon also takes excellent photos, which he sends me daily (I now have a creepy amount of model shots on my phone of Brandon and my dog looking majestically in the distance and I love all of them). Unlike other dog walking services, you will be put in touch directly with your daily dog walker. Their rates are very reasonable for the area, especially given the quality of their service. I rarely review services, but Benterprise, and specifically Eric, our dog walker, are just awesome. Eric and Ben are dog lovers. They treat your pet like their own. We hired Benterprise a few months ago after adopting another dog who was abused, sad and scared of pretty much everything. With Eric and Ben's partnership, they have gone above and beyond helping to socialize Rocky and the dividends have truly paid off. Rocky is so much more comfortable with other dogs and people on the street! And if that wasn't enough, Eric and Ben have been so amazing after our other dog, Wolfy, had an accident and hurt his leg. If there were more stars to give I'd give them. Ben Chaplin runs a highly skilled, warm and professional organization. He and Eric have been my dog walkers from the second week I've had Dakota who adores them both. They are so willing to accommodate my difficult scheduling needs there when you need them even when weather is dreadful. They clearly know their dogs' individual needs. In my case that's that Dakota is a barker which can drive me batty. When I can't take it any more and have, on an "emergency" basis needed someone to take him off my hands, if they can (and invariably they can) they accommodate me. Ah Ben, the dog whisperer. Ben provides a professional quality service while also remaining very personable. Anytime I have needed his help, he has always been there-- even on short notice and holidays. Further, my dog Kaya LOVES him! Kaya and I have ran into Ben a couple of times while walking and she goes crazy with excitement when she sees him. She's more excited to see him than me, which really speaks to his genuine care for animals. Even better, he humors me whenever I have obsessive pet-owner questions about their walks together. I always recommend Ben to pet owners in my building given the chance. He truly is great at what he does and is the definition of putting your heart and soul into your work. read more

Benterprise is caring, responsive, attentive, proactive, honest, transparent and has a deep understanding of how hard it is to turn over these special beings we love so much to others. When I suddenly had to let my prior walker go, I spent the day calling dog walkers and the only one that sprang into action and met me that night was Ben. My Oz was a senior Katrina Rescue with a few quirks leftover from the trauma of surviving Katrina and adjusting to NYC life. Ben Chaplin was an immediate hit with Oz. Oz took to Ben immediately. Ben was kind and patient and I could tell by how happy OZ was to see Ben and how relaxed OZ was on his return, how much fun he had with Ben. When Ben wasn't personally available he made excellent decisions on how to handle introducing OZ to other walkers and he found the perfect person to be his backup. ​I don't know what we would do without Ben -- we love our dog and we feel complete confidence in Ben and his staff when it comes to taking care of our muppet. Ben is passionate about what he does and it shows in the care and attention he gives to each of his clients (both two and four legged). He is always available to talk or answer a question. Benterprise has made getting a new puppy so much easier. Ben in fact made a last minute housecall the first weekend we got our pup to give us some helpful tips. His team of walkers, especially Matt, have been great w our puppy-- punctual, caring, accommodating ( they've been able to make last minute visits when needed). Once-- when she was sick-- Ben very graciously ran her over to the vet when my husband and I were stuck at work. Our family recently moved after 5 years, and needed to switch dog walkers for our 8 year old, grumpy, overly protective of his human little brother English bulldog. After going through two walkers already I was giving up hope on finding a reliable dog walker on the upper west side to walk Lulu. We met Ben by chance. We had just gotten our pup Jordy and my husband was walking her in the neighborhood and Ben stopped to chat and offer some advice. We then hired Ben to come by and check out Jordy's set up (crate etc). More advice with puppy training! Ben and his crew have become part of Jordy's family! Ben takes care of her when we travel and our regular walker, Brandon, takes care of her each week. Jordy goes bananas when she sees them. I have been using Benterprise dog walking/daycare services for about 9 months now. As a first time puppy owner this past summer, being able to rely on this service has been life changing.
