Took my SUV in to get the window replaced and they not only stole the motor out of my door, they disconnected my speaker, busted a hole into the side panel, cut the wire to the motor, and denied it all when confronted with it. Even tried to claim that glass shards cut the wire! Take a look at the wire. Does that look like glass could cut it? No. These fools are scam artists and it's a matter of time before lawsuits start coming their way. read more

I went to get a windshield and new wiper blades. Allstate makes it difficult to use anyone but Safelite. As I pulled out, I noticed the door above the mirror fell down. I tried to put it back but noticed the Clips did not keep it in. I pushed it up there again and it stayed in place for now. Safelite in Springdale will get it replaced from Mercedes. After the initial windshield install and new blades, I turned on wipers about 15 miles from this location. They crashed and stopped working. I turned around and drove back. They stated they forgot to reset them correctly. Then at the first rain, I noticed that my rain sensor did not work nor did the rain delay and the blade left a big smear across the driver side. So I made a third trip in to have them fix. After an hour, the technician came out and said everything was working. I asked about the streak and he made me show him and then he stated this was normal. I objected to this streak as it is not normal and was not there before they replaced the blades. He stated that I needed to replace the blade. I reminded him that they just installed that blade the week before. I made him change the other blade as well as that was also leaving water on the window. He stated he could do no more so I requested they stop and give me my car back. I let the manager know I was unhappy and he could not be bothered to get out of his chair. Next rain I noticed that the rain detect and rain delay was not working, I took it back this time to the SAFELITE in Springdale and the technician fixed it, tested it and showed me that it works. He also noted the internal door that was broken and will get me a replacement for that. I was super happy with the Springdale location Beware of using this location in Bentonville. Although the front desk was very professional, the back office was incompetent. I see now why they are rated so low on Yelp. A big thank you to Safelite Springdale for restoring my confidence in this company. read more

Windshield replacement was scheduled for a Tuesday at 830am the previous week. When I arrived the front desk checked me in and the gentlemen was rude. Telling me that I had put in that my Jeep was a wrangler and it's a rubicon.(which is classified as a wrangler and their system had no Rubicon selection) super condescending and dismissive. I verified that it would be 1.5-2 hrs because I had appointments. Totally and completely miscalculated as my vehicle wasn't even pulled in until an hour and ten minutes later. After 30 mins I asked what the eta was and was told "45 minutes". This is 3 hours later. I have no idea the quality of the repair yet but I won't schedule at this location again. read more

Don't waste your time. The most incompetent staff and an even worse "manager". Didn't repair my chip, and they couldn't explain why the chip looked unchanged and was still obviously felt by touch. Zero customer service. Will never go back. read more

Worker who worked on our car put the windshield wiper arms on wrong (drivers side on passenger side) and gashed the paint in four places on the side posts. When we questioned this they said they had pre pictures but not post and did change the wipers back but would not take accountability for the paint scrapes. When they eventually showed us the pictures they were blurry but definitely did not show any paint scrapes. The car had just been repainted less than two months before. We will be reporting to the BBB and the AMVC but would not recommend anyone use this Safelite office and also recommend anyone using them to take pictures before they arrive as they appear to have purposely taken bad pictures in an attempt to cover shoddy work. They did offer to give us a paint pen but the gashes are deep-do not use. read more

A golf ball hit and shattered my back windshield. I, obviously, needed help quickly. From customer service on the phone to the guys at my local location, they were all awesome! Super nice and helpful people. It only took about two hours to replace my entire back windshield. The quote was absolutely reasonable. I would highly recommend Safelite. Set appointment for new windshield and given 5 hours windows. Kept calling, no feedback when...finally said they didn't have truck for tech they flew in and surprised no one called. Contacted our insurance agent to never refer and felt disrespected. read more
