The bikes were…read moredirty when we picked them up and that should have been an indication of things to come but we were excited to hit the trails. We paid extra for premium e-bikes and they were trash, the first day the front chainring came off my friends bike and that caused the chain to break, we had to wait for the shop to come out and fix it. Both bikes had bald tires that made riding very sketchy and dangerous. On the second day I got a flat and I am glad we had a spare tube with us because all the sealant was dried up. Also the motors kept overheating and we had to constantly stop. And don't even ask about the noise the bikes made, lube and check the bearings, it was absolutely a horrible riding experience. When we returned the bikes I was supposedly given a $160 refund that never showed back up on my card. When I told them about the tires they didn't care and just put the bikes back for the next sucker to rent, people are going to get hurt from these heaps. Do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from!

You buy a kids bike and when it is time for the next size up, the original purchase price of the bike goes towards the next size up they need. So awesome especially since kids out grow their bikes fast and bikes can be expensive. We will definitely use it for all of our kids. They mostly have new bikes, but also used bikes (at least for the kids sizes) which help save money. We have also been here on a field trip for my kids and it was great. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful, my kids learned a lot! They also have a rock climbing wall inside - so fun! Love this store!

I live in the Chicago suburbs and in my area I have 2 types of bike shops, those that are very "snooty" and really don't do much to make the armature riders feel comfortable and those that are so busy it is hard to get timely service. As our son was looking for a E-bike to get to/from work, I did a lot of web browsing including one particular unboxing video put together by Custom Zruzers for a Hurley ebike. The video was well done, by a guy name Casey and it gave me the confidence that this was a good bike to get so I purchased it online (I would have gone to Custom Zruzers if they were local). The bike arrived, all was good but after about a month of riding one of the pedals fell off and we found that it had stripped out one of the crank arms. Not getting much help from the local shops and having trouble getting support from the manufacture, I thought why not call Custom Cruzers to see if they can help me get a new crank arm and related parts. I know it might be a long shot but I was happy to pay and pay for shipping and whatever else was needed to get our son on the road again. Here is where great I got really impressed. I received an immediate call back from Janice at Custom Cruzers and she jumped into action to help out. I won't go through the entire store here but long story short, she went above and beyond to help me and stayed in great communication the entire time. My only complaint is that I am in Chicagoland and Custom Cruzers is in Arkansas. If only they were local to me, you would have a loyal long time customers. This is service you should be proud of. The staff does a great job of explaining how the gym works and how to auto-belay yourself. I have always felt safe here every time that I go. They have an actual weight section of the gym, but I have not used that nor have I used the lockers. The upstairs "kid's section" is fun. I put the kid's section in quotations because some of those walls are difficult! There are options for all ranges of climbers, even the most experienced climbers. There is a bouldering section. Each path is clearly outlined with the difficulty marked. Every time I leave Climb Bentonville, my limbs feel like noodles. It gives such a good workout! Overall, this is a great place to take kids, go with friends, or go alone to get a great workout.
