Absolutely fuego!!! Best teriyaki spot in my local area FASHOOOOOOO Portion size for takeout is perfect to fill you up. The salad is quite spicy but incredibly tasty-- not bland at all. Looking forward to trying other dishes.

This is your typical hole in the wall bento spot. You know what to expect when you come here. I did appreciate the large portion sizes but as with everything else, inflation has caught up and you're paying $13-14 bucks minimum. A nice Asian food alternative to the pricier places in the area.

The food was decent but the prices are insanity. Beef teriyaki coming in at $16 and Spicy Chicken at $14?! Nothing amazing enough to be paying those prices. Service was quick but business was slow. Spicy chicken was okay but not what you'd typically get from any other teriyaki place. The flavor and texture of the beef teriyaki was off.

    Baby cockroach in my udon

Oh bentoz, posting this review makes me so sad. I order bentoz once a week probably (seriously) and love their teriyaki, spicy chicken and chicken udon - but today I was eating my chicken udon, picked up a noodle with my chopsticks, only to find a baby cockroach on it. I just don't know that I can get over this one.

Solid Teriyaki. Can't go wrong with a classic chicken teriyaki. Thank you for dinner.

I tried the chicken and did not like it. It had a soapy taste to it. I don't recommend going here.

He kept saying how good and fresh the fish was ... even the soy sauce was really good. It was also my first time trying agedashi mochi, and wow, it was so good! Soft and stretchy on the inside with such a nice texture. Definitely a nice surprise! I also ordered the yuzu soda, which was super refreshing. It wasn't too busy today, so the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff was nice and everything went smoothly. We had a really lovely birthday dinner and would definitely come back!

Craved for some good quality fried foods, gotta spend my quota here at Sushi Kiichi!…read more I rarely eat fried foods but when I do, this is def. on my list. It was busy as there were two servers but the service was a bit slow. Hope they can find some help or rest after the busy day! Mom and I each got two fried foods so we could share and have some for another meal, too. Ebi fry: always good, flakey, and it went well with the tartar-like sauce, tonkatsu: nice thick slices and the batter stayed onto the meat (unlike another place haha). Kaarage: the pieces were a lot bigger than the usual karaage at other places but still good and juicy. Assorted tempura: I liked the assortment as there were quite a lot of veggies and of course the shrimp! We also loved the croquettes as they're so soft and fluffy on the inside and the other side dish with a crunchy texture and the little fried squid (or octopus?) I wish I could order more of those! Can't forget the miso soup as it's not salty at all (unlike the other Japanese restaurants I've been to) and they had different types of tofu inside- delish!

The onigiri is art. And the service is always polite and professional. Always. I was physically at the restaurant the night these one star people were there. From what I could tell sitting at the bar and observing the ID in question, it looked fliiiimssy even from where I was sitting. I kinda get both sides ya know , sure one person in the group wants a drink w dinner but dude just tough it out and have your dinner. Instead they popped off and all started fussing and being entitled and it was just gross. I was enjoying a fantastic dinner but that table was like trying to take the stage. I think they ended up storming out and one girl like stomped off and said she was keeping her cup !! lol I worked in food a long time ago. And I've worked in cannabis under the watchful eye of the olcc so I'm on the servers side. Don't take chances and don't listen to these kids scramble for a secondary ID. Sketch. Go to obon.
